I paid Rs. 1148/- through internet banking to NAAPTOL for purchasing Insect Killer Cum LED Night Lamp. I paid money on[protected]. I expected it to be delivered within a week as promissed on the website. I called them after ten days when there was no progress in my order status. They promissed that it would be delivered in two or three days. The story began and I continued to call them once in two days to know about my product shipping. Every time they gave the same answer ofcourse very politely. Even to day they have not sent the product. Only change I have seen in my order status is that the product is picked up and a Blue Dart way bill number is given [protected]. This number is given two days back. I have been checking the way bill number with Blue Dart website. Blue Dart website says it is invalid number. I am vexed with NAAPTOL. When I googled about NAAPTOL, I came to know that there are inumerable number of complaints against NAAPTOL. I strongly recommend all the online shoppers never to buy a product from NAAPTOL. I seek all your help to get either my money back or get my order delivered.

    Website: fake pen camera cum pen drive

    i saw an ad about a pen camera and since i was new to net then I ordered it. i got a parcel from naptol. since I had not ordered from naptol i asked the person who delivered who sent him. he informed that it is a network which helps the company naptol in selling, something like online salesman. it was in a closed parcel and you can't check it unless you pay. i paid in good faith and later to my horror found it was a used one. it had videos of some guys and girls in compromising position. i reported to the naptol people and they asked me to return the product and I will get a replacement. i did so.
    after 4 months i had not yet received any replacement. i called and they said the vendor has a policy or returning cash not replacement. so i asked for repayment. they said i will recieve payment in a few days. after 3 months i had not recieved any payment and my calls were refered to some finace dept.
    then came the shocker, they said they have already paid and also recived an acknowledgement. i came to know they have paid to some sivaji bhosla from Pune. this was the person who had advertised the pen camera cum pen drive! they said they recived payment from him and not me! having a rect. had made no difference to them. they further said that naptol is a marketing company not a manufacturer and takes no responsibilty whatsoever for the product. I lost rs 4000/- and all the trouble for calling them, the courier charges etc. PLEASE BEWARE OF NAPTOL.

      Naaptol.com Its a ridiculous site which i seen. I ordered a Canon EF-S18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS on 6th August (The Order ID : 6895249) I received a SMS says the product will reach with in 2-3 working days. After 3 days i sent a mail again they replay back it will reach in another 7 to 8 days after 7days i again write a mail to them (but there is not information from them, no mail or call) then they replay me that they will refund the amount in another 2-3 days time. It s bad experience for me. My prodcut cost is 13000 if 1000 people order for the product imagine for 15 days how much the interest amount is. This people is playing with our money

        we have brought a Electric Roti maker + Atta Maker + free Hotpot Order No 6921866 Awb No.:[protected] When we tried to make the rotis with rotimaker the roti is not properly cooked and after 3 or 4 trials the handle got broke and split into 2 pieces.             I buy LED projector from naaptol.com 1st naaptop ship me product but the product is defective and problem in that. so that I resent it to naaptop for replacement but after 20 days I receive that product but they send me OLD-USED product. and my problem is not solved. In Replacement they have to send me NEW product but they send me OLD USED product And even child can prove that they send me OLD USED product. already I given 1 month time to naaptop to solved mistake from naaptop but still me not satisfied because the product is different then they say me. and I have all recording in my mobile and have all photo that prove that naaptop fully cheat with customer. please do for me I WANT REFUND MY MONEY FROM NAAPTOL. please see below product details.., Order Number. 6718144

              I have ordered sony xperia L (white) from naaptol merchant online shopping on 23rd june 2013 though my axis bank credit card on EMI basis & my product order no. is 6660905,but on 6th july I saw on track order that dispatch order is cancelled without notice & call. Till date (08th August 2013) I have not received my refunded amount.

              Many times i request to naaptol team regarding refund but they told me like your amount refunded in your account on 8th july 2013, i am disturbed & worried about the amount because it is huge amount.

              Please do the neeful & reply as soon as possible.

                I placed an order for a motherboard Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 1.3) Motherboard from naaptol on wednesday 10 Jul 2013 (order no: 6746248). Ever since, my order has been in 'order verified' till yesterday. From 12th July, i started calling them everyday asking why isn't it getting shipped. Note that even after ordering they hadn't sent me a mail or given me a call. I could check the status from naaptol site after logging in. The customer care people told me that they have no idea what's happening with the product as they don't have any access to such details(wonder why they are put just to pick up calls) and let us both wish that product ships soon. Everyday i called up and asked and none of them, had anything useful to tell, except yesterday, 'Abhishek Kumar' picked up and told me the product might be getting shipped as we speak. When i asked why can't i see that in my order page, he told me customers are not exposed to such details. Today when i opened the site, i saw that my order has been cancelled for refund. Why? By who? Why wasn't i called? When i called up and asked, what i was told was that is because the product is out of stock. If it was, what were they doing with my money for a week? And if the product is out of stock, why didn't they put that up on their site? And if my order got cancelled, why didn't i get a call or message or mail saying the order got cancelled? And now the guy who picked up at customer care says it will take 9-15 days for refund! I had to forward my called to a supervisor to escalate it to get it refunded soon(atleast that's what she said). Is this all a joke? I have never experience such poor transparency and such horrible customer care services ever. If atleast they had told me what is going on with my product that would have been a different case. They have no right to put customer in dark after they have committed for the delivery.

                In addition to this, now a 'Mansi Joshi' from naaptol mailed me saying they won't refund my amount instead they are going to give me a voucher! I did not ask for one, and i want my money not a voucher. Why would i go to this site again at all to buy anything!

                NAAPTOL — taken money and not delivering the product

                This is my second attempt at tryign to complain about this fraud online shopping company called Naaptol . I had ordered a camera pen online on 26th of january 2010 and paid online though my ICICI bank account . The very next day i received an email from Naaptol that my order has been cancelled as the pay ment has not been received . I called my bank and they confirmed that it usually takes 2-3 working days for the amout to reflet in their accout . Nevertheless , on 28thJan my bank conformed that the amount has been credited to the account of Naaptol ,Ever since it has been almost a month Ive been trying to contact one of the worst customer care services in the history of mankind that is Napptol customer care services to refund the amount that is with this theiving orgaqnisation,
                ONe oif the biggest Frauds I have seen ion a long time . I have sent at least 50 mails daily to the customer care team and only 1 reply that too initially stating I should send a Credit card statement , which is ridiculous sice I have paid through my online banking transaction . even then I sent them the pay ment detials . It has been a long time and Im fed Up !! Is it possible to find out what is happening. Such fraud companies should not be allowed to run their businesses and cheat innocent customers . I have always shoppped on e bay and I think we should stick to sites which have credibilty !!

                The company sold me a cellphone which is totally different as per given information.

                as company rules i[censored] any customer is not satisfied the cellphone then he can change his phone within 15 days i did the same but company is now denying to do this
                the features are totally fake....

                  Sir,

                  I purchased LED CINEMA PROJECT from NAAPTOL on seeing the advertisement in VIJAYA KARNATAKA NEWSPAPER. It is made in china. I ordered on 30th May 2013 and was delivered on 7th June 2013. it worked only first day. the next day onwards it was not working I made a complaint to their office and they promised within 48 hours they would resolve the issue. But until today it is not resolved I got angry and gave a call again today 17th July 2013. They said within 48hours they will resolve. They keep promising but they have not done anything. I do not have trust with them.

                    I order an AIR SOFA CUM BED through mobile. I got delivery on 3 July 2013 .As soon as i got the product i did all the test to verify its durability obviously i filled it with air. And when it got confirmed i got a defective piece,i immediately called the customer care and lodged complaint regarding
                    defective piece. They assure me that day i'll get a replacement as soon as possible. Anyway product is in 7 day warranty.So the Fault is from their
                    side,& i should get a replacement despite being called again and again they are saying the same thing. I haven't received any call from them yet,

                    I had specially mention this before when i place an order regarding defective piece , at that time they assure me i would get replacement. Now they are refusing it. I would like to sue them For Fraud and selling defective pieces.

                      Its been over six months and there is not a single sign of that money in my bank. I have inquired about this issue from the bank officials and they said that there was no such refunding from naaptol.com. I have all my bank statements with me.

                      I registered a complaint against them on their website. I gave everything whatever they asked from order id to bank statements. They told me to send all those things on "naaptol.[protected]@gmail.com". I gave at least five reminders, but without any positive response from their side. Suddenly in April, they called me again and asked me to send all those items to "backoffice.[protected]@gmail.com" . I did what they asked me to do. But again no reply came. They are just wasting my time and energy. I am sorry to say but companies like these promote ponzi schemes in India.

                        I have ordered your So called Branded Advanced LED Cinema Projector with Remote Order No. 6552153 dt. 31.05.2013 and received on 07.06.2013. It was hardly run for one day and now its not working with fifteen days. I have seen lot of complaints against NAAPTOL products.. Pl do the needful.i will be thankful to the authority. it is the matter of the hard working earned money....

                        Dear sir/mam i buy a wespro s714 tab from naaptol.com i used it only for 2 months and it is damaged like its power button,
                        and some software problems i gave it to service centre for warranty for repairing. they return my tab after
                        two months and now it is again some problem like no power on of the tab no charging issue but if directly plug
                        in the charger it is worked but how i can used it outside so i give it to the service centre which i get from
                        naaptol customer care it is S.V.E(sri vinayaka electronics) it is in D.B manohar Estate,Next to SBI, Chirag ali

                        I gave my tab for warranty there on 16/04/2013 and now it is 18/06/2013 and still i can't get my tab they are
                        taken so many months to repair if i call them they told me that they send my tab to delhi for repair and they
                        are still not return they told me that only call them and ask i am from hyderabad and they give me delhi's

                        tab if they taking so many months.

                            We have ordered for dinner set for the Rs.2400/- from naaptol.com and that time confirmed the quality of product. but at the time of delivery his person cant given for check he has taken his money and went away immediately. after we have checked the product all the product are too poor quality and worst product with jhunk found. we have decide to complaint for this but no contact number or name & address found its invoice. so sir we request you take immediate action against naaptol.com.

                            NAAPTOL — Worst Quality product

                            I had ordered a car stereo from naaptol worth Rs. 2300 which is absolutely useless. The Free Reebok watch and the pen drive came with it are also duplicates. The stereo does not even look like it was shown in the Lokmat newspaper advertisement. Kindly close this company down to save the consumers from being fooled.

                                Yesterday.. I got my tablet BSNL Penta IS801C from Naaptol. The problem is, after charging few hours, tab shows 100% charge but then after i remove the charger it gets switched off . On turning it on tab shows only 10% charge and then in few seconds it fully drains out. For the first time i ordered something from naaptol and here's the outcome. What shall i do now.. I want my money back or replace this tablet in 3 days.

                                  6th months before i have buy a laptop beg from naaptol. i receive that beg withing 5 day and the payment method was cash on delivery. When i opened that beg then i found the beg was defected. i have made complain to the naaptol. the replay come soon... according to the mail.. the Currier man again come to my home and pick the defected beg within 3 days but no one came at my home within 7 days so i have made many call to them and search the Currier company and put that beg to them..... again i am waiting for their response but i couldn't get any response then i started again call then always get a new email address to send Currier number. i have mailed some days but i couldn't get any positive response. One day i said them that i am going to complain in consumer court, they said again a email ID for making a mail of that Currier number, but i was not agree to send any mail finally he she said that as you wish, if you want to go consumer court, you can.... Still i am waiting for their response and now i am free from my work so i am going to make complain again naaptol.....i was suffered very bad with naaptol.....

                                  Finally i want to get my money back with additional suffering charges.......

                                    I ordered for a speaker system id no. 6372666 in naaptol, but when i received The order, The slots for The input/output jacks were missing. so i contacted customer service. They gave me Their warehouse address and i couriered The item Through DTDC, CN No-K63261458. I again contacted The naaptol customer service and was informed That They received The item on 10Th of may, 2013. Now its almost a monTh, but The item hasn't been replaced nor my money has been refunded. Whenever i contact Them, i get The same answer That my request is being processed. I have totally lost faiTh in naaptol and i doubt That my item will ever be replaced. So i request your team to intervene in This matter and find a solution as early as possible.

                                    NAAPTOL — RECEIVED THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

                                    i have placed the order in naaptol for Boss ephone 3300 and order no is 357746, i received the defective product and call to the customer care after calling 10 to 15 time they gave me a address where to resend the defective product i have sent to that address from Blue Dart Courier AWB no. [protected] as per that recived by PREETI but where as in naaptol they are saying that they have not received the product but the courier boy has contacted me on the same day that they have delivered to the give address they are not confirming that when will i receive the new product when ever i m asking for the refund they are rudely saying that Not Possible and wait till gets updated its already 4 days complted either not sending the product or not refunding the amount they are just fraudstrs please give me the resolution.

                                      NAAPTOL.COM is FRAUD, CHEAT...BIG FRAUD... I have ordered on 9th May and then onward I call each day but it's not solved. Kind request DON'T buy anything from this HORRIBLE NAAPTOL.COM
