[Resolved]  Vijay Sale - Elica Kitchen Chimney — Complaint regarding delay in chimney installation service

My family has bought an elica chimney from Vijay Sales Borivali branch on 19th september.

Today being 15th october, almost a month since we bought the chimney, the organisation has still not sent any person to install the chimney at our residence inspite of being promised the same.

We have made countless calls on their customer care number and also to the borivali branch of Vijay Sales but to no avail.

All we get is the standard reply '" we are looking into the matter and will send some one soon.
Many a times we have got the reply someone will come to install the chimney on a particular day and no one turned up on that day, leading to great inconvenience to my family as some one has to leave all their urgent work aside waiting for their hypothetical promises. Is this professionalism?

We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and all the work has been pending in lieu of chimney installation due to their unprofessional behaviour and extremely bad services

It is surprising, sad and our misfortune that we have to follow up for so long for this issue and are the victim of such bad service in this age of competitive market.
