This is the 2nd time I am complaining against Electronicscomp.com. Last time also they send some faulty Item & Missing item & later after complaining they refund the amount.
Again this time I bought some electronic Items from their website on 4th Sep 2024. The Invoice No.: INV/24-25/28073, Order ID: #3233403.
Today it is 12th September & they are not shipping the item, When trying to call [protected], they disconnected my call & earlier there was a different number those numbers are now inactive. This site seems to be a fraud nowadays. I bought an Item with a price of Rs. Rs.955.80.
I am writing a mail to them to cancel my order as on their site Order Cancellation option is not present but they are neither sending the items to me, nor giving a refund by canceling the order. I am stuck now & unable to buy the item from another site also as still the order is active but there is no response from them.
They are replying to robotic answers on email reply once as the items may sometimes not be available hence delays may happen. This is not the way they can keep this order pending for the last 10 days. Kindly do the needful. With the hope of a resolution, I am writing this to you. Kindly do the needful.
