[Resolved] Elica — burner not working

We have been gifted this elica 4 stove burner... For first few days all d burners worked properly.. Now 2 burners don work at all... Several attempts have been made to contact the service team but all in vain.. Pls help.
We have tried to sent sms for seevice to the number [protected] as mentioned in a sticker on top of the burner but still no response have been recieved.

Purchased elica hob around 2 years back and within 2 year of time the burners are damaged and needs replacement.
Really worst quality .When reaches out to sales head he is asking to call service center.
Very pathetic. thinking would have went to local brand rather than spending on this brand.
