I had ordered for Elica WD TFL HAC 60 MS NERO with Installation
Kit Included Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney on 14/06/2022 through Flipkart india on paying rs. 14074.00.
I was delivered the product on 20/06/2022. After opening the package we found it is (Model no. Elica WD TBF HAC 60 MS NERO )
I had registered for return/replacement of the item with Flipkart return id[protected]. After that I called to the Flipkart customer service they asked me to share the pictures of product and i shared the pictures i didn't get any call from elica india customer care. I was assured that i would get call from the representative.
