Elica — elica chimney parts missing in the delivered chimney. | |||
To whomsoever, I had ordered an elica wdat hac 60 ms nero auto clean wall mounted chimney on 06 aug 2020 through flipkart by paying rs. 8999.00. Product was delivered on 12 aug 2020. After opening the package we found it that following parts/ supported items are missing - - suction pipe, aluminum tape, clamps You may see the attached images from flipkart product description that these items are supposed to be in the box as described but you can see yourself in the second attachment that cross (X) is marked against the suction pipe means they have not sent it in my packet from their warehouse themselves. I had registered for return of the item with flipkart but i have not received any call or email or sms from fk or elica.in fact they have arranged the technician visit for demo and installation but supported items are missing.
