Poor installation -
Wiring issue
No gasket installed

Post sales service -
9-10 complaints in 11 months. Poor response. Different sales person at every service. Inadequate service on every visit. Lack of components and false claims to return back for further service.

I am suffering after buting this product and would advice NO ONE to buy it. I have already started telling my friends and colleagues to NEVER buy an Elica
Product. And I am
Giving negative feedbacks on as many oortals as I can.

    Worst service ever

    Worst service ever. I have been following up for the missing chimney part since installation for a month. They say need to pay extra for the missed baffle filter. Why should I pay if the part is missing and wasn't in the box that was delivered. I had ordered for 2019 model they delivered older model 2017. Pathetic service. CC team lead pramod spoke so arrogantly. Doesn't listen to the customer and damn rude. No more elica products....

        From the firstday onwards the chimney is defective. Oil is dipping from the led light. I logged multiple complaint but nothing resolved. Now suddenly the led light frame cameout and fallen.

        Replace my full chimney. It has manufacturing defects.

            Elica cooktop glass busted twice within 2month

            We bought elica 4 burner cooktop in the month of jul20 (Date-5th jul) for vimal kitchen appliances (Noida). The glass busted out soon after the 10 days of purchasing the product. This complaint got resolved by changing the glass as per the warranty terms (5years warranty). However, last sunday (30th aug) the cooktop glass again busted. The glass particles hit my kid.
            Within 45days of part replacement and not even 2month old product...

            I bought an elica 3 burner hob in 2016. After 2 years the large burner was not working properly and got damaged. The burner could not be replaced. Now the second burner is not working properly.

              I had ordered an elica wdat hac 60 ms nero auto clean wall mounted chimney on 06 aug 2020 through flipkart by paying rs. 8999.00.

              Product was delivered on 12 aug 2020. After opening the package we found it that following parts/ supported items are missing -

              - suction pipe, aluminum tape, clamps

              I have booked Elica chimney on[protected] from reliance digital visakhapatnam, delivered on[protected]. Technician came on[protected] after repeated calls from me. After unboxing he found the item is damaged and registered Complaint vide no 1405912 with Elica Customer care . I got a call from Elica technician on[protected] that my complaint has been closed since I have done self installation which is not true. So I have again logged a complaint on same date vide 1417568. The technician told that they will replace the damaged part but Till date neither product been replaced nor the damaged part being replaced. The technical support team is worst. So I request to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                I had purchased elica chimney, and oil collector was missing, actually i had ordered for my uncle. They missed to see the oil collector during installation.
                I called amazon and elica customer service. Both of them are trying to put words on each other.

                  On 22nd july I call elica support that my chimney touch pad is not working sometimes and its making a lot of noise
                  Next day engineer called me on23rd
                  He said he will come on Friday he didn't come, he said he will come on Monday again
                  On Tuesday I called him he said he will come on thrusday
                  So elica what is wrong with your engineer
                  Its a request send another Engineer if you sent the same guy ill throw him out of my house
                  Fraud elica ill never buy any elica product again

                    We purchased elica hobtop 3 burner auto ignition glass top model from the bath house, vcv road, r. S. Puram, coimbatore with a warranty of 2 years for brass burners. But within 2 years we had a problem with the burners and registered a complaint. Service engineer came and told that we need to replace the burners & would cost rs.3800 + service charge. We had left with no option than changing it (Because this elica products are very low quality product and pathetic service). We replaced burners in march 2019 (Attached invoice for ref) and today, 23rd july 2020 we are facing same problem after one year and engineer told we need to replace burners at the cost of rs.3800 + service charge. Really dont understand what quality of product this elica company is supplying??? Such a worst and low quality product that can not even withstand more than a year. Really don't know what to do with this product? Can elica give a solution for this problem???

                      I am using this product for 1 year now. I have called customer service around 10 times during this time for one problem or another. Today morning, the glass top blasted on its own causing a great fear among people in the kitchen. The glass got scattered everywhere. I don't understand why elica sells such low quality products which can have fatal consequences.

                        Hi, my name is gaurav kumar ([protected]@rediffmail.com).in october last year, i had bought some elica appliances as there was a cashback offer going on.in order to avail the offer, i was supposed to take no interest emi from bajaj finance. I took the loan, paper work was done by bajaj finance person and now complete loan is also repaid. However, i have not received cash back amount. I am checking with both bajaj finance and elica for the past 2 months but there is no success. I have spent lot of time and energy and now it is also causing me mental stress. It is very unprofessional of elica to harass your customer like this. Please help.

                        Still no change in status. I am still trying to get my money back. I don't know if elica is serious about their customers. I am 100% sure that they wouldn't have behaved like this in Italy, thanks to strong consumer laws. Hellooooooo, anyone there.

                            Elica service quality

                            Hi

                            I have registered my complain on 14th June and I got this message "Thank you for calling Elica India. Your CRM ID is 99_1372702. We will resolve your issue soon."

                            Then no one coming so I have called and they asked me to wait for 48 working hours ( that is 6 days )

                            6 days passed - no one has visited or no any call - I have again contact customer care and guy told me that 'person' will visit...

                              I had purchased three different products from elica hob/chimney/built in microwave oven on 22-dec-2019, and got it installed on 11-jan-2020. On 20th may, when i used the oven for baking, the glass plate broke with just 3 minutes of heating at 200'c and i even made sure that the plate was rotating. When i registered the complaint to elica, call was arranged from bangalore hq. It was unfortunate that instead of giving a resolution, they insisted...

                              Hi,
                              I have been trying to replace my elica glass hobb since a month as the glass top was shattered all of a sudden while cooking and the glass pieces ended up in our food because of which we had to throw away our food during the lockdown thankfully no harm happened to us.. First of all did not expect that to happen and upon that i have raised a complaint on the elica website but no response and tried contacting the customer support number and no response.
                              So tried contacting all the service centre of elica in banglore and all of them just take the model number tell will get back in some time and there is no response when we keep calling them they say they don't have that model and it has to be booked but can't book due to lockdown.
                              Thankfully one of the service centre in shanti nagar responded saying they will try to give us an alternative second hand glass top for time being and book the new one for us, and he brought us a glass top which had cracks in them. Which is way too risky using them especially after the perfectly fine one just broke in front o[censored]s out of nowhere so we asked him to take it back and return us our old hobb back and book the new one, he took the hobb and haven't got us our old hobb back.. So we don't have a gass hobb to cook for a day and we managed to get a stove from our relative. We still haven't got our old glass hobb back.
                              This is not what i expected from a reputed brand like elica.
                              Worst customer support and service.
                              Also we have replace the ignition some n number of times till date and it stops working.
                              Hopefully i would get any genuine response from elica atleast now.
                              I have attached the images of the hobb and model number.
