Hope you are doing well. I would like to bring into notice regarding the complaint that I have raised two times, but still not fixed.
Reported the initial issue that Chimney is not getting power ON on 20th July 2022 with CRM ID is 99_2622685 For which the technician without visiting the ticket is closed.
Raised the 2nd complaint on 22th July 2022 with CRM ID is 99_2630559 For which the technician has visited and informed, need to replace the PCB and taken the OLD PCB.(Mentioning need to submit old PCB in office)
Later today 26th July 2022, Technician Nikhil came and brought the used old PCB's to replace and Fix (Charging 3300 Rs for PCB and 450 Rs for Visit) for which i have denied and spoke to his manager to Send the brand new box piece with bill.
In this regard my question to ELICA, When you are replacing the part will you send the old used repaired PCB instead a brand new one? This needs to be Escalated to Next level.
Attaching the Snapshots of Old used PCB which the technician has brought today to fix. Also kindly share me the price of PCB for model WD TFL HAC 80 MS NERO.
