I registered complaint before 6 moths for ignition issue after that technician said that part is pending, now after 6 moths part is still pending .
now customer care said that your warranty is void so you have to pay for same.
so we are facing issue.

        Cooktop issue

        We are facing the issue with burners, they are under 2year warranty and the company technicians are not able to solve our issue over and above We have to pay visitation charges.           I bought a hob from Elica a year ago but now the burners are not working and if you call the customer care they would register the complaint. The problem with the hob burner's outer ring is not working and there is a leakage. I have asked them to ship the outer ring to my address but all I get is a call from their executive asking if they can visit and just to see the hob he charges 450 and to service the hob which is an hour's job he charges 1000 which is ridiculously expensive for an hour's work, but all I need is the outer ring that I need to place on burner. I'm neither getting a call back from their service team nor it's getting the spare via courier. They have a monopoly that their spares are not available anywhere out in the market nor their portal to order a spare works

            I bought Elica's hob (Gas Stove) from Vijay Sales on 15 Sep 2020. With some personal reasons, I got the hob installed on February 13, 2021. From the same day, hob spark and flame had trouble. Through Vijay Sales, I complained several times. But till now the problem of Spark and Flame has not been solved by the Elica company. Every time the technician comes and gives the statement that there will be no problem from now on.

            I request that either the Elica company should solve my problem or change my hob and give it a new hob.

            All supporting documents attached for your kind consideration and favorable action.

            After complaining, technician came, but instead of solving the problem, it became more. The behavior of technician was also not good. My stove is four flames. There are two big, one medium and one small flame. Since the visit of technician, the spark of both the big flames has permanently stopped. As I had informed earlier that this problem is from the day Chulha was installed, so keep this in mind and consider this problem as warranty period repair.

              I am using Elica Built in Hob and chimney purchased on Aug-2020. The burner rings have shrunken. Gas is leaking from the sides and flame is coming from sides. After a year this problem started. The quality of the burner is very poor.
              Called Customer Care. They said product is out of warranty and I have to pay visiting charge and replacing the burners. Total cost of the burners are more than 7K. Which is very expensive compared to the actual cost of the Hob which is only 12K in the market.
              Customer care is not ready to log a complaint against the product. They are ready to raise service request only. Called two time and both the times they disconnected the call while talking. Very poor customer service with Elica.

                Hello Team,

                I fail to understand do you sell the product only to give hardtime to customers?

                Ticket raised 3 days back no resolution till date.

                Please note:

                1st Aug - Ticket raised as my ignition is not functional
                2nd Aug - Got a call from the engineer, he said he will visit today but no see
                3rd Aug - Called the same guy again but he said that another person has now got assigned to this ticket. Got a call from Fatima she said that someone will visit today but no see
                4th Aug - Received a mesaage in the morning that the ticket is auto closed.. And to my surprise it is not even resolved. Called the customer servive they mentioned that ticket is in pending state and no engineer is assigned. He said today is the last day of 48 hrs so someone would surely come. Also adviced to send email to this address.

                Will i get a resolution on this? Or should i stop cooking and start buying food from zomato? Or should i throw elica and just purchase another product? Too frustrated as elica has given me hardtimes since the time i purvhased the product..

                Customer must definetly consider customer servive before purchasing from Elica.

                Also too my surprise your call center engineers are not even scared of any escalations, well i guess thats because they know that management hardly cares about customer satisfaction.

                Even after email being sent it got transfered to delhi and they called for new installation, i mean really what are you doing????

                Help resolve at the earliest please.

                Still i am on call with customer care and everytime a new person and asks me to repeat the whole scenario..

                Dont you have a policy to update notes in the ticket and read emails?

                  We have ordered a Elica 4 burner hob with BRASS burners on Amazon. We have received the WRONG PRODUCT 3 TIMES!!!

                  First time I received an open piece and 3 out of 4 brass burners were missing.

                  I ordered a replacement. Next time I was sent a lower model with black aluminium burners instead of brass burners.

                  I asked a replacement again and this time too for the wrong product.

                  Please help fix this at the earliest and provide us with the model that we have ordered.

                  This is causing immense inconvenience. See the attached for details.

                  This is the complaint number given but no action done.

                    We purchased a 4 burner gas top and chimney from Elica Expecting good products and services..
                    but in turn the gas stove started giving us trouble in less than 3 months, first one burner stopped working and now 3 out of 4 burners and even knobs are not working.
                    the service is slow that no one would turn up even after 1 month
                    if they come too they will tap on stove to make it work and wont change anything at all... even though we show the problem, they do service like local stove cleaners and from next day the same issue persists.
                    we faced a hazardous experience too because they didnt fix it properly

                      Hi Team,

                      Hope you are doing well. I would like to bring into notice regarding the complaint that I have raised multiple times, but still not fixed.

                      - Reported the initial issue that Chimney is making too much noise while operating on 4th July 2022 with CRM ID is 99_2588617. For which the technician called after 2days - on 6th July 2022 came for a visit and inspection. The technician asked to change the Rotor and the outlet exhaust pipe. Then on 7th July 2022 one of the senior technician came for a visit and said that Rotor is working fine and needs to change the complete set of 10ft aluminium exhaust pipe and it will resolve the issue. Hence, he did change the required pipe and the chimney sound was reduced. I also paid him a total of 1600-Rs, also attaching the receipt which was provided to me.

                      - Now after 1week i.e. on 16th July 2022 the same problem again started for which I raised the complaint again with CRM ID as 99_2615361. And now none of the technicians have contacted me for the last 2days.

                        The request 99_2595331 which I raised before 15 days ago and it is still not resolved. Why ???

                        The resolution is the replacement of burner. Technician asked us they ( elica ) needs to order the burner as they don't hold the stock .. funny but ridiculous excuse.

                        If you dont have enough spare-parts for your service request please close the company. Local venders are good enough.

                        I need resolution of my request as we are unable to cook the food.

                        The product is in warranty.

                          Elica India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Elica customer care has reached me yesterday and provided all required support. Although its a wrong decision to buy hob as it is not durable as cook top and parts and services are too costly. You need to change burners after 2 years and single burner costs ( Big -approx Rs. 3000/- ) and visit charges Rs. 350/- and yearly maintenance 850+ excluding other repairs like spark plug. So consider minimum Rs. 3500 to 4000 expenses every after 2 years. Thus buying hobs are not worth is what I feel.

                            I have brought Elica Dish Washer and when I switch on the machine, it is bringing down the entire power in the room. I have not used it even once after I bough it. Whenever I I raised the complaint, they are closing the case as it is resolved without even contacting me. I am really tired of calling them and raising my BP.                               I want to escalate and report against Elica and Dave Technologies who has sold Elica products with a very high selling price. The shop is at Kothanur, Bangalore.

                              I bought the Elica Hob and Chimney from Dave Technologies at Kothanur on Dec 13th 2021. The person named Anto sold the Hob for Rs. 33, 000 and Chimney for Rs.16, 500. Recently when I enquired about it in one of Elica exclusive showrooms, I understood that the price of the particular model Hob was only around Rs. 24000/ 25000 and that model Chimney was only around Rs. 14000 during the Dec month 2021.

                              We were cheated by Elica dealer Dave Technologies shop person Anto. Even the product is having issues from the beginning on the heating part. The flame gets high or turns off while in use. When we put the burner in sim mode, it gets turned off. We are seeing the issue every now and then. We are fed up using this model.

                              Elica customer service had sent 2 people named Lohit and a senior technician Peter. They understood the issue and have concluded that the hob is having issue. We are asking to replace it with some good compatible model and compensate for the extra amount which we paid to the Elica dealer Dave Technolgies.

                              But the service manager Anil Kumar is reluctant and not ready to support us for replacement. He is not co-operating with us at all. We do not want to have this model which is causing so much risk in our daily life.

                              I want to raise a consumer complaint on Elica for selling the defective Hob and the Chimney at a very higher price. Anil Kumar, a manager from Elica service team is not supporting us.

                              I request an action to be taken on this matter and compensate us for this cheating. We need a replacement with some other good model for Hob and also compensate for the extra amount which was taken from us on Elica products. I am attaching the Bill details (from Dave Technologies), Products warranty card for your reference. Please help in this regard.

                              I want to emphasize on this point mentioned by you--> As informed to you over the phone I will check with the sale team what was to information given to you by the sale’s person while selling the product.



                              I want to mention that It is not only we got false information on the product which the Seller has given but he has cheated us by selling the Hob product for Rs. 33, 000 and Chimney for Rs. 16, 500/ on 13th Dec 2021. As discussed with you over the call, I had enquired about this and saw the brochure on the pricing details in Elica exclusive showroom. The price has been revised twice since last December. The hob was only around Rs. 24, 000-25, 000. The Chimney was only around Rs. 13, 000-14, 000. We have been cheated around Rs. 12, 000 approximately. Who will provide justice for this? Elica needs to take responsibility in getting the extra money which I have paid unnecessarily to the Retailer (Dave technologies) who is selling Elica products.



                              I don't care whether it is your service team or Sales team who will compensate for this cheating. It is your internal decision but ultimately I expect Elica to get the product replaced with some other compatible model and settle the difference amount to me. Thanks.

                              Elica manager Surendra Pillay response is provided in the above update. He is not supporting and concluding that Elica cannot do anything on the cheating and concluded that the Hob product cannot be replaced with a other model. We have lost huge money in this scam. Elica is not ready to help in this case.

                                June 8th 2022 I looked up for Elica service provider in Bangalore and got a number from internet.(Unfortunately I don't have that number in my dialed list now)
                                When I called that number it looked like geninue Elica customer care number and some customer care executive spoke to me as Elica customer care executive and sent a service engineer - Shahzad with phone numbers [protected] and [protected](Ths number I paid Rs3400 for a back burner valve that this service engineer said had a leakage )
                                Later I came to know that he replaced a working back burner valve with a old piece from his bag.
                                Shahzad also suggested that front right burner valve had to be replaced and it costs Rs.3800.

                                Today when there was a minor blast with the small burner that Shahzad had replaced and I called him to come and replace it, he is not owning it up and also not disclosing his service center name. All I could gather was he is from some service center in white field.
