Elica — Elica hct 470 dx HOB burners dead in 1.5 yrs. More than a month I complained but no resolution, no spare parts

All the 4 burners are gone in 1.5 yrs. It's been a month I have raised complaint and still the status of the complaint seems 'order placed' as said by your customer executive. Every time CS says your complaint has been escalated. Where is the escalation?? what you do by escalating?! Are you interested in only selling new products?! What about service of existing customers. If the basic part of the stove - Burners you don't have in stock and taking more than a month to arrange then what's the use!? Please shut down your company if this is your way of running business. Looks like you don't have any plan of retaining a customer. WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN!!
