Dear Elica
The PCB of my kitchen chimney was damaged and we contacted customer care. The technician arrived one week later and charged for his visit and told us that PCB is damaged and added that we would get a call from the Company when PCB will be replaced. No response from the Company till we reminded. The customer care told us that some body will attend us with spare parts shortly. We are still awaiting and more than 2 weeks have elapsed but nobody has turned up till date. Please let us know if there is any chance I’m near future for my complaint to be attended. Please do not blame if we approach social media to expose this indifferent attitude of the service center. My address: 703 Kamadgiri Kaushambi Ghaziabad UP India 201010. Our phone no. [protected]. I raised complaint on 20th Jan 2020, service request number - 99_1267197. Called multiple times to customer care for getting update on my raised request but still I am not getting any update. Till now no one call for service.

I would like to escalate this matter.
