Elica — Elica service quality

Hi

I have registered my complain on 14th June and I got this message "Thank you for calling Elica India. Your CRM ID is 99_1372702. We will resolve your issue soon."

Then no one coming so I have called and they asked me to wait for 48 working hours ( that is 6 days )

6 days passed - no one has visited or no any call - I have again contact customer care and guy told me that 'person' will visit today. NO ONE COME.

I HAVE CALLED FOR NEXT 4 DAYS - NOW 10 DAYS PASSED AND CUSTOMER CARE IS GIVING ME SAME REPLY LIKE - WE HAVE PUT YOUR COMPLAIN ON 'HIGH PRIORITY' AND 'PERSON' WILL VISIT TODAY.

I THINK THAT ARE DOING JOKE AND I HAVE MADE BIG MISTAKE BY PURCHASING THIS COSTLY PRODUCT ( elica gas stove COST 38000INR ) AND GETTING THIS SERVICE ?????? AND THIS STOVE STOP WORKING WITHIN A YEAR ?

TODAY 25TH JUNE NO HAS VISITED.

MY MOTHER/WIFE ARE DISAPPOINTED AND ASKED ME THAT WHY YOU HAVE SUGGESTED THIS COMPANY?

I have built new house so have just 1 stove so now I am planning to through this product and purchase some new from other company.

if you are going for ELICA then kindly take this point in consideration.
