Complaint marked as Resolved same issue arising again snd again. All are doing only the procedure .from croma customers service to elica customer service.
During this 4 months whenever i registered the complaint, technician comes and doing there repairing job. they are following the procedure.I asked refund but they assured me again there will not be any problem. But problem remain same.Automatic cooktop convert into normal traditional manual cooktop. Other dangerous things that the nobs turns on, even after slight push.if u r in hurry and such things happen, u will never get idea that nobs is on position and gas are leaking. So many times this things happen with me with elica cooktop. And other irritating things if u r turning gas manually with lighter u will get current

I have registered complaint on 10/8/2021
Technician visit on 11/8/2021. Resolved issue .
Next day again on 12/8/2021 same issue of very low flame of same burner.
I am really very much disturb. Don't want to waste more time to call customer service.
