I had booked a Elica chimney Model ELC10103 Glace Trim TC3V 60 CM NERO on 28.10.2020 from your authorized dealer Darshan Hardware, , O.P. Road, Vadodara and the same was delivered to me on 9.11.2020. However, when the same was installed by your engineer, it was found that the motor is damaged and a replacement was booked on the same date. In spite of my repeated followups the chimney has not been replaced uptil now and my work is badly held up. The reply given by the dealer is not satisfactory as they say that the above model is not available in the company. It is more than 40 days since the order was placed and I am still waiting for the above product. This is not acceptable and not expected of a company of repute like Elica. I want immediate replacement of the chimney. Request early action and please instruct Darshan Hardware to arrange the same on priority.

    We purchased Elica Hobb and Chimney 2.5 years back. Within a year all 3 burners are damaged. Since a year none of the service agencies have either repaired or replaced the burners. All our utensils are getting blackened from the bottom. The flame is extremely high and causes difficulty in cooking.

    It's been 6 months of chasing them to replace the same however, now the burners have been discontinued by the company and they are asking for exorbitant costs (Rs. 3500/- per burner for smaller ones and over 5000 for the bigger one, almost as good as buying a new unit) for changing them.

    The company has no responsibility and the service centers are fraud companies.

    DO NOT buy Elica products.

      I had purchased a elica cook top on 25th August 2020 and on using the same I notice 2 burners are not working properly.
      The flame is very less and when decreasing the flame the gas turns off.

      I had raised a complaint on 23rd November and had also mentioned it urgent. Your associates had mentioned the techcian will visit asap but till today no one has called or visited. I call the Customer care daily and I get the same reply that technician will come asap

      Kindlu look into the matter and arrange for the technician ASAP

        Hello Elica,

        We have purchase Elica 4 burners gas stove. In this gas stove there is a manufacturer defect, the burner positions are not correct. The larger burner should be present in left in front row. It is present in 2nd row left corner. Due to which chappties and rotis are not cooked properly .The larger burner should be present in front. As it is a manufacturer defect . Could you please replace the 4 burnersGas stove as soon as possible.

          I have purchased the above product along with GAS HOB on 2nd Nov 2020. The technician visited to install on 12 nov when it was open it was defective then we call the dealer SG ENTRRPRISES and requested to replace then he told me thst it will take 10 days duento depavali holidays now its more.tha 10 days when i called the dealer he told.me i will call you and disconnected the phone.

          This kind of dealera will spoil the name of the company.

            I raised a complaint for elica chimney repair on 16 Oct 2020 and service engineer visited me on 19 Oct 2020 to diagnose the issue. He diagnosed that Chimney motor and capacitor need to be replaced. He told motor will be ordered from Pune and would take about 10-12 days to arrive at Chandigarh. I contacted customer care after 1 week and then 2 weeks and motor was still not dispatched stating that it is out of stock. I asked to at least give accurate idea of when motor will be available. The customer care agent said that he would arrange callback from service department to provide this information. The call back was not received and still after another 2 weeks I called and motor is still not dispatched from Pune and no dates are provided.

            So a month has gone by without the chimney being repaired and no date is provided. If some Elica company rep is looking at this, can you help with this urgently.

                    The knob of the big burner( not Jumbo) is very tight. Sometimes it is not possible to switch off the burner. We have to switch off the gas regulator instead. Hence it is now not possible to use the cook top itself. I had bought this cook top only about 2 to 3 weeks back. From the beginning itself, the knob is very tight . Now it has become very difficult. Pl do the needful immediately.

                      I registered a complaint with Elica on the 4th of Nov till now I haven't received any call from any technician. Do you have a TAT or timeline for customer complaints or just customers waiting for resolution.

                      I haven't expected from Elica.

                          Please note that my elica hobbs was serviced in August 2020 by Globus company and was charged Rs 1100. Today again the man has come to check and once again it is all rusted and needs servicing. I do not understand that every 2 months I have to service and pay this amount. This guy says he is not from Globus but another company. This is totally unacceptable.

                              I have brought ELICA 60 cm 3 burner Hob top cook top, in June 2019.
                              Till date, the service executive have visited 5 times for multiple issues.
                              also it cost 300 for every visit. Now the one burner and knob of cook top is completely stopped working. the flame of other two is also very low. It mandatory need cleaning by professional every month. The worst product I have brought from elica. Please provide exchange of this bad quality cook top.

                              Dear Elica India Team,

                              I am requesting a technician visit for my ELICA 60 cm 3 burner hob cooktop (purchased June 2019, CRM ID: MHE[protected] at Flat No. D-111, Lotus Laxmi-2, SR NO. 40/1/4, Lotus laxmi Road, Kiwale 412101.

                              Despite five service visits (each costing ₹500), one burner and knob have stopped working and the flames on the other two are weak. The cooktop requires frequent cleaning and has been highly disappointing.

                              Please arrange a technician visit and consider exchanging this product due to ongoing issues.

                                    Had called a service guy for Elica chimney and gas hob servicing. Faced problem with the hob after 2 days of servicing. Even after repeated calls to ‘Kingston Home Services’ no one turned up to rectify the problem...pathetic service
