For past 2 weeks i had contacted elica customer services but still no technician is provided to install the chimney. I was frustrated about your service . My CRM ID is 99_1563462, pls do the needful ....

I have purchased a elica chimney. Wanted installation of the product. I am calling customer care but not getting any call back or any reference for follow up. No body showed up, its been 10 days i have requested installation....

I purchase elica chimney 30/10/20.No one visit my home to install the chimney....

The knob of the big burner( not Jumbo) is very tight. Sometimes it is not possible to switch off the burner. We have to switch off the gas regulator instead. Hence it is now not possible to use the cook top itself. I had bought this cook top only about 2 to 3 weeks back. From the beginning itself, the knob is very tight . Now it has become very difficult. Pl do the needful immediately....

I registered a complaint with Elica on the 4th of Nov till now I haven't received any call from any technician. Do you have a TAT or timeline for customer complaints or just customers waiting for resolution.

I haven't expected from Elica.

Help with quick resolution please....

Hi, I have purchased hob and chimney from Elica store last month and raise a request for installation. But no one came for installation so far. It is been more than a week and appliances are still not installed. I never thought the service from elica would be this slow.

I m purchase before 5 days a new elica chimney but it make noice like a cooler...

Please note that my elica hobbs was serviced in August 2020 by Globus company and was charged Rs 1100. Today again the man has come to check and once again it is all rusted and needs servicing. I do not understand that every 2 months I have to service and pay this amount. This guy says he is not from Globus but another company. This is totally unacceptable....

Chimney is creating issue with in 3 month huge sound while operating so would you align some technician so that he can visit and check

I have brought ELICA 60 cm 3 burner Hob top cook top, in June 2019.
Till date, the service executive have visited 5 times for multiple issues.
also it cost 300 for every visit. Now the one burner and knob of cook top is completely stopped working. the flame of other two is also very low. It mandatory need cleaning by professional every month. The worst product I have brought from elica. Please provide exchange of this bad quality...

Had called a service guy for Elica chimney and gas hob servicing. Faced problem with the hob after 2 days of servicing. Even after repeated calls to ‘Kingston Home Services’ no one turned up to rectify the problem...pathetic service...

I have been trying to reach out to service centers for servicing of my chimney. Did share with them the invoice but no one is interested to respond

At first it is ok only one thing is first value is little bit tight but now in that value related burner is gas leakage after switch off the value
It's very dangerous so I will try to call elica customer care for that issue but call is disconnected...

I have purchased Elica 4 burner cook top from Vijay sales 25 days back...I asked sales person for installation but he said you can do it by your own. I called Bharat gas guy to install the hob but the flame is too low that it takes too longer to cook the food.. I’m not able to fry anything because of the low flame. I called Vijay sales and got a very rude response ( The guy asked me why you did it by your own and bla bla..and hung up and...

9-10 complaints in 11 months. Poor response. Different sales person at every service. Inadequate service on every visit. Lack of components and false claims to return back for further service.

I am suffering after buting this product and would advice NO ONE to buy it. I have already started telling my friends and colleagues...

Worst service ever. I have been following up for the missing chimney part since installation for a month. They say need to pay extra for the missed baffle filter. Why should I pay if the part is missing and wasn't in the box that was delivered. I had ordered for 2019 model they delivered older model 2017. Pathetic service. CC team lead pramod spoke so arrogantly. Doesn't listen to the customer and damn rude. No more elica products....

There is complaint registered on[protected] on 27 august2020 (99_1472532) it's about not working of hob and combi oven after daily following up this is not getting resolved so it gives so negative impression about your service and like to escalate it to parent company so give contact details...
