Elica — My kitchen chimney sensor not working.

I would like to inform you that i bought one Elica kitchen cheminy 9months back.Now the sencer was not working properly.I have reporter on 6th July, but still to nobody not responded.so, i am very unhappy about product and service. Please take action as early as possible.
