[Resolved] Elica — Third time low flame issue on Elica gas stove within a year

What type of gas stove have u given to me ? This is the third time that my gas stove is facing the same problem of low flame. Last time a technician from BIG enterprises had come and he did repair, through the flames were not up to the mark, I agreed to continue with it (I mentioned this on the service report) but today again the same problem of extremely low flame has arised for the third time in last two months. I have a family function on the 4th and 5th feb wherein I am expecting approx. 50/60 guest. How do I cook food on such low flame? I am forced to call food from hotel for my guest and am spending rs. 8000/-. Thanks to u guys. Who is supposed to bear this loss and mental trauma that I am going through because o[censored]r faulty product. I now wish to have a replacement of my product. Enough is enough. I can't take this. I am cheated by a renowned brand like Elica. I had purchased the product considering he brand but sorry to say I am totally disappointed. Please get back to me immediately. I am also facing the same problem with my 5 burner stove. Horrible company and such a waste of money. I will never recommend this company to my friends both at work and personal. The worst thing is when calling to the appropriate people no one answers the call and technicians come and go with out saying anything still charges money for a visit. This is happening from an year I would have brought a new stove with the amount I paid for technician visit. such a waste of money. Very bad products

what an amazing service. call center agent called while i asked him o connect me with a senior person. Iys almost a week now but there is no call from any senior person and the problem remains as is.

PLS DO NOT BUY ELICA PRODUCT . THEY R CHEATERS. THEY SELL WORST PRODUCTS. THEIR TECHINICIAN ARE NOT ONLY RUDE BUT ARE BIG TIME LIARS. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. BE SAFE FROM SUCH FAKE BRANDS
