Elica — Worst customer care

One of the worst customer care..My gas hob, 2 burners are not working properly, and burner needs to be replaced. I have raised the issue in the month of September 2020. They said, burners will be replaced in free of cost as Brass burner has life time warranty. But they said due to covid burner is not available in stock, so it will come in month of October, followed up in October they said it will come in November, again in November they said, it will come in december. In December they said they found alternate as it is not available. but for that I have to pay the money. I have asked when it is under warranty and if you are not able to provide then it should be free for alternate option. After that, they said that burner is not brass, it is black enamel brass (which doesn't cover warranty). I have sent the picture of burner. To my surprise they are saying, I have rubbed the burner and removed the enamel to make it brass burner. Not sure if it is possible.

Hi, I brought 5 burner stove from Elica like 3 years back. We placed call to customer service on Dec 2021. They came and said that we need to replace all burners and they also said warranty is done for us. We said it’s not a problem and asked them to place order since then till date we had been calling them but no one is responding. Worst part is when we placed call out of 5 burners at least 3 burners are working but as soon as opened my stove to investigate the issue and fixed the stove only one is working. I am from Vijayawada
