Elica — Worst service ever

Worst service ever. I have been following up for the missing chimney part since installation for a month. They say need to pay extra for the missed baffle filter. Why should I pay if the part is missing and wasn't in the box that was delivered. I had ordered for 2019 model they delivered older model 2017. Pathetic service. CC team lead pramod spoke so arrogantly. Doesn't listen to the customer and damn rude. No more elica products. Highly donot recommend anyone to buy their products. THEY DONT LISTEN, THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALLLL EVEN AFTER DELIVERING MISSING ITEM. Its been 2 months.
Not letting Amazon to help nor you guys are helping with the issue. How ridiculous can you'll get with the service. Not at all customer centric. Highly unprofessional with service and Customer support support. The technician who visited din have job sheet or task sheet din to the installation took money and said he will come back and install but never turned back. Just took a picture of my signature with the pencil in my book. If I complain to Elica the are least bothered and the Cc person defends him and says in the outskirts the technician sometimes don't carry a task sheet/job sheet. Really?? So for your fault why do we suffer. Nor they have provided solution from one n half months. Technician dint install nor checked the product. And these guys are taking their own time and come back and say this issue is 2months back. I dont wana abuse youll even if I badly want to. This is the worst experience ever. I have already shared this with all my friends who were gona buy burner not to buy. I wanted an oven and burner which I will never buy from elica. If possible I would want to return the chimney as well and buy from more professional company.
