[Resolved] Elica — wrong product delivered by flipkart, dhara enterprises and elica. | |||
I had placed an order for elica wd hac touch bf 90 ms with installation kit included auto clean wall mounted chimney (Black 1200 cmh) on 14th october, 2019 from flipkart. However, its suction area was too small and therefore, i placed a request for return of the product and the same was returned on 3rd nov, 2019. However, they never returned my money. Instead, out of their own wish (Flipkart), they forcefully delivered a chimney to my home and that too a wrong one on 14th nov, 2019. It was a blue coloured one with a totally different appearance. Their technician never came to my home to install the chimney. Now flipkart has totally refused to either return or replace the chimney. I don't know about elica much, but flipkart and dhara enterprises (Seller name on flipkart - "elicakitchenworld") are a total fraud. They will always say that it is the brand who is liable. And flipkart and dhara enterprises are free riding on their money and customers money. The replaced chimney is still lying at my home, uninstalled.!!!
