[Resolved] Elica — wrong product delivered | |||||
To whomsoever, I had ordered for elica four brass burner hobtop (Model no# flexi brass hct 470 dx) on14/10/2017 through amazon india on ligtning deal paying rs. 12999.00. I was delivered the product on 19/10/2017. After opening the package we found it is (Model no# flexi burnerhct 375 dx) three burner hobtop I had registered for return of the item with amazon. Following the same i got a call from elica india customer care and they registered my complaint - crm id 444196. I was assured that i would get call from the representative at the time of installation and the same will be replaced providing the crm id 444196. Later when i was contacted by elica they informed that i should get the product returned through amazon, even though i registered again for return of wrong product on amazon, they never turned up. Please find the amazon order details of the product: Order#[protected] Order date :14- oct-2017 Invoice n# qwho-7280 Invoice date: 14.10.2017 Invoice details:mh-qwho[protected] The seller address mentioned on the invoice/bill is as follows: Dhara enterprises 37/1/4/2/1 h nc - 617 opp neelam metal, Pisoli road, pisoli, Pune, maharashtra, 411048, india I want my the wrong product either to be returned or replaced with the correct product or the money of rs. 12999 to be returned. Nov 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from Dhara enterprises from contact +9120-66788804 and was told that I would be delivered for replacement product based on stock availability on 09/11/2017.
on the same day I got a call from Elica dealer + 9179-75347012, bangalore and I was delivered the correct product in the evening. Elica India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 06, 2017 Elica India Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Sincere apologies for the Inconvenience caused. I am so thankful that my issue is now resolved as I was delivered a 4 burner elica hobtop today (09.11.2017) and the wrong product was taken back by Elica dealer .
