[Resolved] Elitify.com / Lavida Luxe Lifestyle Solutions — Haven't received product after more than a month.

I placed the order on 15th February. I have sent them mails number times in
last 5 days. They give commitment to deliver the product within 3-4 weeks. It has already been 5 weeks and still I don't know where my product is. They were replying my mails before but in last 5 days they have stopped responding. I have generated ticket mony times but no action has been taken so far.

Updated by dhrmikdobariya What is stipulated time frame?? You have already crossed it. Your website shows while placing the order that you deliver in 3-4 weeks. It's 5 weeks already and item is nowhere around India yet. Disgusting.
