I purchased a ice cream maker which was not in working condition.I complained but the customer support said that they wont return.I told them that ill drag them to court, they said please proceed.Now its high time.I cant take it anymore.Help needed.

We have investigated your concern and all the conversation processed with our "Customer Experience" team.
Below are the observation we have come across with trail between you and our team:
On 28th Nov 2014 - We first received your Email stating the order delivered by you is not in working condition when you switched it on.
On the same day 28th Nov our team replied you stating you to check the adapter and other condition and voltage.
On the same day 28th Nov you replied stating that you used the American adapter and there is a manufacturing defect in our product
On 2nd December our team replied you stating you to check the other condition and also informed you stating that we can have your product repaired however the cost will be borne by you. Also clarified you since you have not used any adapter with the product we cannot proceed with replacement only repair is entitled.
Also on 4th December 2014, we communicated to you on call that we can get the machine repaired as the product was used without an adapter .
Since then your consent awaited for the further approval. Also refer to the trail mail attached for your reference.
