we had bought a villa in mohali hills, sector 106 in 2008 January, and till date there is no conformations on the delivery of the villa, every time the authorities are approached, they make one excuse after the other. Dear Jatin - individually Emaar will keep bullying us. Amazing behaviour from a promoter who says that he wants his company to be one of the most admired in the world...I think we must do this collectively. We are all in the same boat. I believe that Emaar is violating Govt rules and Supreme Court and National Consumer Disputes Commission rulings, which say that a developer cannot force a buyer to take possession for properties that have been unreasonably delayed. Their senior Customer service Manager Rohit Rampal promised to address all ur concerns - +91 98194 65002. We contacted their Independent Director Shivani Bhasin Sachdeva - cell +91 98675 80509. I have paid in full for an apartment in 2009 and its now 2018, i am having to persue these monkeys through the courts.
Only in india does justice seemed to get put on a backburner.
The case keeps getting adjourned to allow these thieves to accumulate interest on my money.
