EMI Bazaar — not deleverd my product and not pick my phone

I had placed an order for a Bosch Smart Drill Kit GSB 500 RE on the 20th July 2015, however it was never delivered although the amount (3900) was deducted from my credit card . I received a call asking me if the tool kit should be sent and I asked them to cancel the order however now amount (3900)I are deducted from my account.
