EMI Bazaar — Order no.656505 not delivered and Amount Rs.3990. deducted

I S K Tanwar Mob no.[protected] My address is A 101 Shree Krishna Apartments Sec 5 Plot no. dwarka had booked on Monsoon Cookware & piece set vide Order no 656505 in the Month of Oct 2014. The item have not been reached to me and the amount is deducted regularly from My CITI bank card [protected]. I have files a complaint in the month of Nov but I have not even delivered my items nor i got the amount Rs.3990.00 back.
