EMI Bazaar — Product not delivered, order #[protected] | |||||
Hi Team, I have placed an order on 24th October 2015 and got an email on 31st Oct 2015 stating that seller has confirm the order and consignment will be dispatch within 7 to 10 days. I have followed up 4 times by sending an email to [protected]@onemi.in, but yet to receives the response from them. They have provided fedex tracking number as[protected]. But it shows the status as "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel." I tried searching my order # in emibaazar.com, but it is untrackable. To enquiry the status of my consignment by dialing the customer care numer. But it was not in use. Could you please help either to get my order or refund the amount I spent.
