EMI Bazaar — regarding refrigerators

My Order no. 696145 Amount in Rs. 12198/- I has booked an order for Refrigerator of Godrej Company, I have paid through my ICICI Bank credit card the above sum. Then I have received confirmation on date 31st January 2015. But they haven't deliver me the product. I have received the phone call from the company on 28th February 2015 that they have nil product and they will return me my paid money within 15 days but still I haven't received my money back from company. they are excusing me for more days every time when i called them.
