Employee — debit of rs.5000/- from my sb account

Dear Sir/Madam

Today at around 5pm I tried for a transaction of Rs.5000/from my canara bank S/B account no. endinG with 31023 of cunningham road baranch, BNGALORE,

This transaction was tried at Indian overseas bank ATM Centre Located at Kumara park, Sheshadripuram main road.Through my canara bank debit card ending with No, 3104.

After completing the procedure for withdrawal, it was shown that my transaction is being processed, i waited for long time as the machine continued with the same message.By the time money Rs 5000/- was debited from account and i got the same message to my registered mobile eventhough i didn't get the money from the machine.The same message that my transaction is being processed is continued in the ATM screen, SO I CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION WITHOUT GETTING THE MONEY.

Hence I kindly request you to creit back Rs. 5000/- which is debited from my account as above.
