Hi,
I am Krishan Grover, Emp. ID 10317 Working with 'Spencers Music World' for last 17 months (12th Nov 2007, joining) (Main Branch Address: G-57 C P, New Delhi). My company is asking me to resign without any reason and saying that if i would not give resignation than they would terminate me and i would ger 'Black List' and would not get job, When i deny to give resign than they said ok we are sending to Chenni. Means they are finding ways to throw me out from the company. I am sending mails to get the solution but they are not responding and i know after some time they would terminate me, stating that i was not presenting in the office for a long time.
Please help me out.

Hi,

I am Kunal Dalmiya. I was working with Axis Bank (Emp Id : 15138). After resigning from job I was to serve a notice period of 3months which I was readily serving. I fine day I was informed by my Senior at AXIS that it was my last day at work. Later I found out that the bank had deducted around Rs. 7000 from the Provident Fund amount due to me citing a reason that I had served 10 days less than what was required. I simply failed to understand why I was penalized when it was actually at the discretion of the bank that I left early. I had lodged an official complaint with the HR at Axis Bank but to no avail.

Hi,

I have be working for a pvt ltd company sence a year in delhi in to retail format. the company well known in market but the rules are in human.they dont give any offer letter, salary slip, ESI, leave nothing at all just 11 hours job even they dont dare to give weekly offs some time.inspite of sach horiable rules they do deduct staff salary in different ways every month.they do show their employees as consultancy & pay their salary as consultancy fee, & do give a debit note along with cheque.
please help me out where to complaint for sach ill treatments with employees.

every employer want to squeeze the blood of his employees everyone knows it but for the last five months or so the axis bank hr is unable to do the same i was shocked to notice that even the senior officials of the bank is suffering from allness including newly promoted avp hr in north zonal office. Even if the dog or any other animal is recruited in the bank and given the s e code and told that this dog belongs to my village where posted. i am sure he will be going to south african safari.good tactics for short term but i will give 2.5 mark out of ten for l ong term.265

I am venkatarao worked in anakapalle (1730) branch BDE position my employe id is 73598. I was resigned update in HRMS on 28-sep-13.my BSM(b santhosh kumar) take care of my attendance when I am joining there, so last unpertunated not mark the attendance but worked on notice period and no settlement amount .hrms password put into bsm.and he is asking incentive amount .please enquerys for old BDE's.so plz y this resign not accept me?.plz consider this problem I want relieving letter.
