Employees Provident Fund Organisation — Pending pension settlement under a/c no: dl/cpm/36478/4356 for last 2 years

Greetings:

I am a 60 yr. old ex-AAI employee. In regard to my pension settlement under a/c no: DL/CPM/36478/4356, which is pending for last 2 years. As per letter ref no: DL/CPM/36478/Tr.In/36478/.325 from EPFO regional office, delhi, it clearly states that honourable high court has issued interim direction for disbursal of pension. However, my case is still pending with EPFO durgapur commissioner Mr. Subrat Kumar for last 2 years . And he is not ready to take any action on this.

Since last 2 year, I have visited more than 15 times to the EPFO office, but I am deliberately harassed for getting my money. All my colleagues based in different parts of India have got their settlement long back. Whereas in my case, EPFO durgapur office has hold it for last 2 years citing it as their 1st case .

Request you to expedite my pension settlement process as durgapur office is not ready to take any action despite letter issued by regional office, delhi
