Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Annexure K not providing

I need Annexure K to submit in my organization (HCL Technologies) to transfer my PF amount from previous company (EXL Service Sector 144 Noida).

Online claim is already settled for PF transfer. However to actual transfer in my account from HCL trust I need Annexure K from EPFO.

I already raised grievance multiple times but they are not helping me for the same.
