We employee of belagavi smart city limited have applied for part encashment of pf through filling up of form 19.
The documents have been posted through registered speed post, and from past one month there is no reply.

As also calling on the registered land line numbers as below:
[protected] and[protected], the officials of the pf office pick the phone receiver and keep it aside.

This is not the way to address the grievances received day to day.

Hi Sir/ madam,

I am Apoorva, It looks like my PF form has been rejected by the field office due to some reason and i am unsure of the reason.
Can you please investigate this issue and let me know what exactly the problem was due to which they reject my form.

It doesn't come in my bank account... So please help me for withdrawing my amount from that wrong account... Now I have updated my correct account no...
