My last company is allcad services pvt ltd have pf id 15744 and my employee id is 5 is not getting pf even if claim has committed before 2 month....

I requested for transfer of my PFamount to my new PF account in the month of August through my old employer. Still after 6 months my pf amount is not transfered. My PF account number is AP/23034/57180....

1. Claim MH / 123616 / 028 Filled on 05 OCT 2010.
2. Claim not settled yet.
3. After enquiry staff reaction is pathetic, giving reason that there is no staff available to clear the claim.
4. Due for last 4 months.
5. Submitted written complaint through mail on 15 Dec and 20 Dec 2010
6. Still no action.
