I have submitted a requested to withdraw a provident fund in the month of December09 and it has been more than 6 months. I hav'nt received any thing like mail or email regarding when i will get paid off.

So kindly look into as soon as possible...

I was working for Spectra Motors Ltd. I have left the organisation on Nov. 2008. Till today I have not received my PF and when every asked by the organisation they say that they have submited my form and the problem is from PF department Kindly look into this matter.

I submitted my EPF form for withdrawal of my PF money on 12/09/ 08 at the EPF office Nehru Place. Few months later when I inquired about my form status they said its in process and hence then whenever I called them they gave me the same answer that my form is in process and the money will be deposited into my account next month. but the cheques are not received in my bank, has been more than month,

They have sent the cheques by normal post, even by normal post the cheques should have been recievd by now,

I asked for my PF transfer from my ex-employer Satyam Computers and it was processed and sent to RPF Hyderabad 1 year back. But I have still not received my PF in new account. I have now shifted to Mumbai so can not personally go to Hyderabad. When I call them they ask me to visit Hyderabad or email. On emails they never respond. I (Shivraj M chavan) resigned from Satguru Shipping and Logistic Pvt Ltd. on Feb 2008. Subsequently my EPF withdrawal form was submitted at the Employees Provident Fund Office KANDIVALI on 25/11/2008. Since then there has been no action on the status of the PF withdrawal request.
