I worked with JM Financial Asset Management Company and after leaving the company i applied for PF withdrawal. When I called to Bandra PF office Mumbai they said that they have received the docs on 8th of june 2009 but after that till today I have not received my money. When I am calling to these people they are making excuses like it is in process or call after 15 days or terminal is not working. Most of the time either their all phone line comes busy or no answer.

Please take action and resolve my issue as I have great need of money

This is with regards to my Provident fund. I had worked for CITI Group for 22 months & resigned on 17th feb 2007, its been more 2 yeras & 7 months now. I have no proper update from the PF office, Kandivili (West) Mumbai - 400067. I received letter from them the same year stating that the cheque had been returned as it had wrong account details, So i had reclaimed for the PF amount more than 3 to 4 times with the correct details, However no responce for those letters sent, Then i went to my EX- organisation & spoke to the HR about the issue & she request me to sent the correct details to her with the recent bank statement via email. Which was done & she sent an acknowledgement slip after submitting those documents in mumbai office. I have the copy with me. Now when i tried to check the status, I found the result to be "YOUR CLAIM NOT RECEIVED BY THE OFFICE". Now I am totally confused. PLease help me to sort this. I want to know how do i proceed next. I am living & cannot visit the PF office mumbai in near future. I have all the details required. Could any body please get this sorted out for me.

I am C. David John Prasad. I was working for Leela Scottish Lace Pvt
Ltd, Mumbai from April1996 to May2008. During the period certain amount
from monthly salary was being deducted and credited in my *PF account No
- MH-18223/2341* according to the PF regulations act of Maharashtra State.
In June2008, I had been transferred to our Chennai branch and another PF
Number was provided to me which is *TN/AMD/39500/6681*. Till date, the PF
deduction from my monthly salary is being credited to the same Number.
I have submitted a request to Personnel Department, Leela Scottish Lace
Pvt Ltd, Chennai, vide *FORM13* to transfer my Mumbai PF account to my
Chennai PF account and it has been in turn forwarded by Personnel
Department to Chennai PF office on 07/09/2008.
I have not received any positive message so far, rather I have been told
recently by Personnel Department, Chennai that the transfer of PF
account is not going to happen easily and it will be better if I close
my Mumbai PF account there itself.
My request for transfer (*FORM13*) has already been forwarded to PF
office according to Personnel Department, Leela Scottish Lace Pvt Ltd,
Chennai. On the other hand they themselves say to me to approach Mumbai
to close down the account there.

All the officers sitting in the PF office in Kandivili Poisar are useless and good for nothing. They only know how to sit on thier and do nothing but take a free salary. Why do you want to recruit such loosers in the office when so many people are upset and dissapointed with thier attitude and service. They do not want to help anyone who comes there but just chase them away without any help. Useless buggers .

I have been trying to get my money back for the past three years ( can you believe this) and everytime i go to thier office they give me some excuse about documentation and chase me away.

after my employer had deposited my claim form on dated 15 march2010.could someone tell me that which is the max.time limit to sattle a/c after form submission. is that five month or more or is that
insufficiancy of pf officies. Govt. collects huge money with this and if it fails at the time of sattlment p/f a/c
than govt.should hand over this to other private firms.
or govt.should pay intrest on the whole amount if a/c
does not sattle after one fix due date.as govt. takes
panalty if bills are paid after due date.

I had a very tricky situation and I dont know how to proceed. Here is the story.

I had worked under M/S. Sur Iron & Steel, 15 Convent Road, Kolkata-14 from 17/12/2001 to 03/07/2008.

After resignation they have handed over my PF form duly signed at the end of October"08.

After submission the same had returned by the PF authority on 27/11/08 due to lack of documents to be submitted by the Employer as well as lack of fund.

However from that date I had met the APFC (Mr.K.K.Roy) for severel times as well as tried to meet Mr.Jayanta Sur(Director of Sur Iron & Steel Co.).

Till date I have not recieved the PF amount or any positive comunication from PF Authoruty.

Also no reply in this matter received from M/S. Sur Iron & Steel Co. Pvt. Ltd.

For your information in this matter Sur Iron"s record is not good as many past employee of them is effected for this after resignation.

However due to treatment of my parents I need a lot money now.Seeking badly due to this problem not also handeled properly by APFC, Kolkata-91(Salt Lake).

I had claimed my PF money to my company (I Process services india p Ltd) in Aug 2008 with complete details.

Thereafter, I got the status stating that "Signature mismatch of company authorized person", then again the company (I Process) had submitted the new form with complete details in Feb 2009.

Again I had called in PF office (KANDIVLI - Maharastra) the PRO said that the PF claim is in process
But till now I had not recieved any payment from PF office

I don't know what is the next prodcure PLEASE ADVICE...

Submitted my EPF form for withdrawal of my PF money on 31/07/ 09 at the EPF office Wazirpur Industrial area. Then I got Cheque No. 338491 dtd 21.08.2009 deposited in ICICI bank 26/08/2009.

I called my bank on 18/09/2009 to find out. I find bounce Cheque No.338491 for INR 128200 has been dishonored on 17/09/2009.

The executive said that the cheque * BOUNCED BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.*

After a lot of running I got my bounced cheque.

I need this money to pay house installments that I committed for date 25/09/2009. AS NO MORE DATES LEFT I KEPT ON LOAN MY MOTHER’S MANGALSUTRA CHAIN AND WIFE’ MANGALSUTRA CHAIN AND SOLD EVERY THING WHAT I HAVE IN HAND TO PAY THE INSTALLMENT. KNOW I AM IN STREET

Till now I am not sure if I am going to get my money or wait for another year to get it.

Provident Fund — Cheque bounced

I have applied for the PF of my previous company on 06 jan 2010 and 2 cheques were transferred to my a/c but one check bounced for the reason insufficient funds the check was of approx. 13,000 and i needeed money most but i suffered much as the cheque was bounced kindly check it and do the needful

same happen with me. My EPFO cheque bounced. Reason given me by bank is insufficient fund.

i am b.e.mechanical engineer and have joint one organisation since 1 month.the organisation has not filled up any EPF form and cutted PF.i am not interested in cutting EPF because of further study in abroad.Is it emplyee's decision whether he want to cut its PF OR NOT??? and if company deny and forcing for cutting PF, what further action should be taken??...thank you...waiting for reply

Non Receipt of claim
Dear Sir/Mam,

My PF Account number - WB/929/2038 is not being settled by the PF/EPF office Siliguri (West Bengal) even after repeated letters and reminders

Now after a longer time passed the PF Department till date does not response and
I come to know from my Ex-Employer i.e.Belgachi Tea Company Limited has already full deposited the PF contribution till my leaving the concern on 1/10/2002.
