Provident Fund Transfer — Continued Delay in PF Transfer for more than a year

I was working in ABN Amro Central Enterprise services (Renamed as RBS BS) from Feb 2004 to Sep 2010. Post which I moved to RBS IDC .
I had given a request to transfer my PF in Oct 2010 , from the previous RPFC in Bandra to the current one in Gurgaon.
There is nil progress ever since the transfer request was submitted. I would like to close both my RPFC accounts now and receive my money.

Though I was informed about my claim ID THTHA[protected] of my pension account number[protected] having been received in Kandivili R.O. on 24.04.2012 and is said to be under process, through SMS on mobile number [protected], I have not yet received my pension into my Bank of India acount till date. I have not yet been provided with PPO number which would have enabled me to check up my status. My present account number at Kandivili R.O. after my relevant papers have been transferred by Thane office is also not known.

How long does it take to process a simple pension claim form. It is more than six months of me having been informed that my claim is under process.

Kindly expedite as the pension amount for employees of private sectors like me is only a percentage and not an whole of what government employees are entitled.

I got my PF amount credited to my bank account after 3 months. Received two check payments. One of them cleared and other bounced because of insufficient funds. Moreover i was charged Rs 110 by my bank for rejected payment. will you pay this penalty for rejected payment ? Beggars !

I am facing all of the above problems. PF cheques sent to me after 5 months. They git bounced back due to insufficient funds and cheque rejection charges on my account. If you try calling them, no response. I tried talking to PF Mumbai branch, they asked me to represent the cheques as they have given over draft limit to the banks and by the time my cheques might have gone for clearance, the Bank's overdraft limit might have been over. My cheques got bounced back the second time as well. Dont know what to do.

I ( sandhya rana) was working with DPS had applied for Pf withdrowl on 4 th June 2007 in my school and then to Noida office. Till date I have not received payment in my bank account. I have been several times to the office, but they usually send the customers back home by simply asking them to fill one name or to get signatures of the prevoius organisation. There has been time that I stood evan for two hours in the office but complaint was not heard. I just want to know my status of my PF but they are blank always. Somtimes Provident Fund office personnel says that your form has been sent to our bank and Bank personnel says it has not been received by them.
I asked my agent to send my form back to my school so that I can do it myself. The form has come back again to the school after two long years of waiting.
I am working with Organising committe Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010. I hardly get any time to approach them again and again. When I last saw my form it was torn and was in a bad condition. This will be the third time I will be filling up the form.
I have evan seen poor people traveling from a long distance, waiting for long and going back again just after few minuts verifications. the language of the Form is not at all simple for a common man, It has lenghty process of filling and attaching different a, b, c forms together
I want to ask the Customer Care services, Is this the way to serve and deal with the people. BUT YES THIS A GOOD WAY OF TROUBLING.

After a long gap of time i didn't got any kind of mail or notification from the PF Dept. I have resigned from my Job on 30.11.2002. I was working with Resins and Alled Chemical Industries Pvt Ltd in mumbai . Their Factory is in Vapi.

I have submitted my PF Withdrawal form several times. I have even visited your office personally. But each an every time is was rejected and no positive answer has been given.

Its almost 11 years and 4 months i struggling to get my PF back.

Why does it takes so many years. In Maharashtra we get Provident Funds within few months.

I have worked in Accenture Services P. Ltd., I had applied for the PF on June 2010 and the cheques has been released but the cheques has not came to the SBI bank it has been returned to the office and I filled the PF grievance they sent the letter to give the bank address i had been posted and also send through the fax also with my HDFC bank cancelled cheque on 07/12/2011 but still i not recieved my amount pls give the suggestion for this and my PF Account no is MH/45665/44368.
