I would like to know about details of my PF. My PF Account No. is UP/24528/031. It is paid at Noida. I want to know about current situation.

Dear Sir,
I have resigned M/S: Nilachal ISPAT Nigam limited on dated 20.07.2009 and joined new assignment on date 25.07.2009. My accumulated amount of PF from period 22nd January 2005 to 20.07.2009 in RPFC Bhuvaneshwar office is not yet been transfer to Reliance industries limited on account no: 10029474. I have sent my application of transfer FORM 13(REVISED) to RPFC BBSR on date 12.08.2009.
This issue has to be complete within three months from date of leaving the organization. But the matter is still pending from more than one year.

Kindly do needful for transfer of my EPF fund in my new account no:[protected]reliance industries limited)

I have recieved one letter (Ref[protected]/cash/2008/ban27/541/6876/R.L.No.-193632 & 80478443/cash/20082009/Ban27/547/6964) from E P F O, BANDRA dated 27/02/09, saying that they are senting cheques for Rs 44612(cheque no.792487) and Rs.24713/-(cheque no 750132) drawn on STATE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI MAIN BRANCH, MUMBAI towards Final/partly settlement and withdrawal benefit against P.F.A/c No.MH/46349/714 and creditinng the same to my bank account no.[protected] .but this cheques are not credited into my A/c upto this time..

I have mentioned my bank address and unfortunately my bank shifted to another place, so kindly send my cheques to the following address.

i was told that i would get my amount max in 3 monyhs. but i didn't get any call and mail since then, they never respond over the phone.

Dear Sir,

This is just to inform you that I was working with ICICI Bank Ltd. at Ranchi branch under Love & Lock Service Pvt. Ltd. The application for the PF withdrawl was submitted to Kolkata office of Love & Lock office at Kolkata. I failed to recieve the status on phone despite of several calling.

One fine day when I visited Kolkata regarding the status for my PF withdrawl I came to know that the the said office i, e Love & Lock does not bear any more existence.

I Mahamad Ashfaq from Feb 2007 i joined as Customer relation Officer in

HTMT global solutions and resigned in Nov 2008, however i have not

received my PF amount from karnataka pf office- PF# KN/46294/5293

When i checked with my organisation ( HTMT ) they said that they have

processed my Forms and had filed with PF Office for Settlement on 26 jun,

2009, since the settlement will be done by PF Office, and requested me to

Number with HTMT for the status, but i stay in hyderabad and my financial

status doesn't permitting me to make STD to karnataka PF branch some how

i managed to do but still no response on my amount, kindly check and

release my PF amount.

This has got reference with my PF no. MH/35281/0462, please be informed that I Debashish Ghosh, had applied for withdrawal of my PF amount, accumulated in my PF no. mentioned above long back to my employer Croslands-A Division of Ranbaxy (formerly Croslands Research Laboratories Limited)

In the month of February, 2007, I had received a letter from Croslands mentioning that Form No.19 and 10-C for withdrawing of my PF/EPS dues have been duly completed, verified and attested by the employer and submitted on January 19, 2007 to the address mentioned below:

After waiting long and continuously keeping in touch with Croslands, again I received a copy from your office dated 06/03/07 where it was addressed to The Director Croslands-A Division of Ranbaxy mentioning that Form No 19 received from you in respect of Debashish Ghosh is returned herewith for the following reasons:
That, Form No. 3A for the period 91-92/92-93/93-94 has/have been received.

I Debashish Ghosh was with Croslands Research Laboratories Limited from 23/12/1991 to 25/05/1993 and my PF No. is MH/35281/0462.

This is a very old pending case of PF withdrawal, where I am yet to receive my un-settled PF amount, which is my hard earned money.

I am looking forward for your co-operation to recover my money.

I submitted my PF withdrawal application in the motn of June'2008. I found two checks being posted to my account in the month of august. However, one of the check bounced as it was not signed by the APFO.

My account has been charged bounce check fees as well. I'm not in gurgaon so cannot go there. I've been trying to call the Gurgaon PF office, however, no one answers the phone.

Employee Provident Fund — PF not received since 2007

Hi,
My name is Miss Bindu Bangera. I was working for Delhi based company Contact India Commodities Pvt Ltd who had branch office in Mumbai from 16/1/2006 to 20/8/2007.I had applied for my PF withdrawal twice since then and I have not got any response. I approached various PF offices in Delhi and was finally asked to fill Form 19 & Form 10C the second time for withdrawal. This was done in 28th June 2010.This was sent to Wazirpura Industrial Area, New Delhi 110052. As I dint have the new address of the company I was asked to give my Bank account no. which I had submitted alongwith the attested copy of the Branch Manager. I was told the money will be transferred directly to my account. This has not happened till date.
This is major trauma I am facing for past 5 years. The EPF gives advertisment that we should withdraw the money in time or get it transferred but what about the support from their end. I have been following for past 5 years. Sitting in Mumbai its really difficult to get in touch with people in Delhi.

Request you to please look in to the matter asap and transfer the amount in my bank account.

Please note that my latest EPF slip received in Aug-12 of a/c no. DL/15708/945 (M/s Metso Minerals India Pvt. Ltd., Bawal)
from your Delhi - South office. But, still there is not transferred my earlier company's amount of EPF a/c no. HR/9144/1573 (Tecumseh Products India Pvt. Ltd., Ballabgarh) from your Faridabad office. It is more than amount 2.40 Lacs. Which is already transferred from EPF Faridabad office on 26-Nov-2012 to Delhi South office on behalf of Form - 13 (transfer out).

Claim settled for Rs. 233438/- vide cheque no. 652183 dated 03-Dec-2010 dispatched on 03-Dec-2010. But, still not updated my current account.

Kindly arrange to resolve this transaction problem. Here, I am losing my interest and continuation of contribution in account of earlier 14 years service.

EPF Bangalore — Non Payment of PF amount despite of submission in june 2008

My PF A/c # is KN/25075/20954 and the account is with RPF Bangalore. I was employed in Mphasis BPO(An EDS Company) since april 2006 and left the organisation in october 2007. I applied for the refund of PF amount on june 8th 2008 through ICICI Prudential PF fund, Prabhadevi Mumbai. ICICI Prulife People informed me off late that the amount has not been transferred to them by the RPF Bangalore office and that is the sole reason for the delay of PF payment to me.Please have a look into the matter and do the needful as i had met with a serious accident in feb 2008 and lost my job and have been rendering jobless till date.I was hospitalised for a period of 45 days and had suffered multiple fractures of the face. Because of the medical expenditures and the reason that i'm unemployed i'm defaulting on two of my loans. that makes my credit history go bad and also make my parents tense as the collection people call up my home every now and then to recover the amount.On these lines i sometimes think of some extreme steps as i'm mentally disturbed and finacially deprived. I"ll write to the office of the Prime Minister and the honourable President of India for the same. If no developments seem to have taken place in this regard within a span of 15 days, i'll have to move on and think of something which media or government can catch attention of. If anything happens to me in due course of time because of the negligent behaviour of the RPF Bangalore, the ADDITIONAL CENTRAL PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER(SOUTH ZONE) is to be held responsible for that. Again, ADDITIONAL CENTRAL PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER(SOUTH ZONE) is to be held responsible for any of my extreme steps if the payment is not made to the ICICI Prudential PF office in Prabhadevi Mumbai within 15 days of this complaint.

I was working @ IBM India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore from Feb'2007 to Mar'2008. Then I got an CTS, Chennai offer and I relieve the job from IBM also applied transfer my pf a/c into CTS, Chennai of my pf a/c. I confirm with IBM, B'lore is as on 23-Aug-2008 would filed with RPF, Blore office. What i want to know is, Whether will transfer the filed with Chennai RPF office of my pf account or not? If does, I need cheque number, cheque date and cheque amount. These details are mandatory from CTS, Chennai. Now I relieve at CTS, Chennai. then i need to close of my all pf a/c except the above status is required. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
