PF CLAIM NOT RECEIVED

Dear Support Team,

I have made a claim against my PF which was accepted by the EPFO, however I am yet to receive the same. my PF number is MH/[protected]
The numbers provided on the website are never answered.
grievance registered number is DOPPW/E/2009/00111

I would like to know how do I take this up with the EPFO inorder to expedite the claim process.

I had worked in hyderabad last year. Last march (2008) i changed the company and shifted to chennai. I gave PF transfer during that time. Till it didnt get transfered to my Tamil nadu PF account.

AP PF account number is AP/HYD/42708/665.
TN PF Account number is TN/65052/4323.

Please do the needful at the earliest.

I have recieve my pan number ANLPB0352L in the month of Sep 2007, but in my card my fathers name is edorsed incorrectly. It is written as DATTATRAYA.The correct name is DHAYRESHIL. For this correction, I have already approached you through e-mail/mail and requisite documents asked for are also submitted to you. So i request u to correct the mistake and send me a new pan card.

I had applied for transfer of PF account from two establishments to my current PF account (DL/3063/694) via letter no. CFC/RKKM/Jan-07 dated 7th January 2007 with Form-13 (2 Nos.) (Letter attached here with) for transfer of Funds. details from which transfer is required are:

I applied for my PF transfer from previoues employer (Cognizant Technoloy Solution) to current employer (Infosys Technologies ) a One and half year back to chennai regional PF office. But still my transfer is in pending state. Tried to contact many time @[protected] and Email : [protected]@yahoo.co.in, but no response from concerned authority.

1) I had joined the Bangalore based company Apara Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Limited on 21st August 2003 & was with them until 31st October 2005.

2) August 2003 till October 2005 was my 2nd tenure with Apara. I had applied for the PF (EPF & EPS) withdrawal after leaving this company. (This is the tenure for which the my PF is still not disbursed).
“May 2002 to November 2002 was my 1st tenure with Apara and the PF for this period was settled in 2002 itself.”

3) After leaving Apara, I had to make extensive multiple follow-ups with the company to know my PF disbursement status, a snap shot of my mails is mentioned below for reference.

4) Post these multiple follow-ups I received a reply from Mr. Y Radhakrishna of M/s Bizprout, the PF agents of Apara. As confirmed by them the PF department had in fact disbursed my PF (EPF & EPS) amount of Rs. 1, 06, 042 & Rs 13, 325 respectively on 19.7.06 & 26.7.06 to the UTI Bank account. However it was sent to the incorrect Account no due the error by a PF department Staff.

5) On September 17th 07, the Bangalore PF dept sent me a letter (attached herewith is a copy of the same & the original was sent to Apara on 18th September, 07) after 2 years.
This letter essentially mentioned that, my PF Account no: KN/BN/ 19452/289 has already been settled on 10.07.06. This means that they have closed my case. However, I have not received any such settlement amount till date. In fact I have a clear communication from Apara (mail dated January 02, 2007, mentioned above) that, the PF amount was returned un-credited by the commissioner since it was sent to a wrong Saving Bank account by one of their staff.

6) Since this event I have been handing over multiple Re-Authorizations for the PF department to M/s Apara. The last such Re-Authorizations was acknowledge by the PF department on Feb 28th 2008. Since then the last communication was sent by Ms Apara to the PF Director on May 10th 2008, confirming that my PF has not been paid till date, along with my HDFC Bank Account statement (since the UTI account was closed). HDFC Bank details have also been mentioned in all my Re-Authorizations.

It’s been a frustrating experience for more than 3 years & my PF NO # KN/19452/289 still remains unsettled. Hence I seek urgent help to close this matter.

With reference to the above mentioned subject, I have submitted the EPF with drawl through my ex-company in chennai on Aug’08 (PF office Recipt no: 28238557 &[protected] and I got a response from Chennai PF office that the amount was transferred to Gujarat account GJ/10359/10902 on Aug’06.

I have approached Gujarat PF office and they informed me that they have not received any Cheque or communication from Tamilnadu PF office in this regard and they are asking for copy of any communication sent to PF office with Cheque number and date.

Please see the attached mail from Gujarat PF office.

Now the status is, TN PF office is informing me that my PF money was transferred and Gujarat office is informing that they have not received my PF money.

I request you to please look into this matter and sort out this issue. If my PF money is transfereed to Gujarat Office, please send me a copy of the reference letter with Cheque number.

ICICI bank account towards my EPF money (Pfizer Pharmaceuticals) this
week (two cheques for Rs 1, 34, 298 (cheque no. 065782) and Rs 6539
(cheque no. 141199). I guess this money is from the Pfizer EPF account.

Please note that before Pfizer, Mumbai, I worked in Torrent Pharma,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat and the EPF money from Torrent, Ahmedabad was
transferred to my Pfizer EPF account by cheque no. 490513 dated
28/02/2008 for
Rs 97, 801.

But the deposited EPF money from Mumbai EPF office indicates that the
money from Ahmedabad PF was not included. Please refer the attached
communication from Ahmedabad PF office.

Please do the needful to credit this balance amount at the earliest.

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that i had been working for SKYGOURMET, CHALLAGHATTA VILLAGE, DUMLUR, BANGALORE FOR 01 YEAR. Now the company is shifted to new airport side. I had filled up my Provident Fund withdrawal form in the month of FEB.2008. I was expecting the money to be deposited at least in 03 months. Once it is not done, i started calling the H.R of the same and enquired about the same. Every time i used to call, they tried to avoid by saying we will see ! Next month we will go to P.F Offiec. Some more of my fellow employee also complained the same. I hope they mightnot deposite the form in P.F Office for some hidden reason. I have been harassed to get my legal money. A month ago, the H.R Manager told me when i called that there have been a major problem in Bangalore P.F Office as they have lost the papers due to some shifting going on. I donot know whether i will be getting the hard money or not. Can i approach the Labour Court ? Pl advice .
