I am Dilip, I applied online EPF claim on 24th January 2018.

All the required information is already fulfilled and seeded with the EPFO and updated on the Portal.
On 2nd February, 2018, VK-EPFOHO sent a message on my registered number (Your Online claim PYBOM[protected], has been settled for ₹ xxxxx/- and sent to your bank A/c ending with
6724 on[protected]
Now here the bank A/c ending with 6724 is unknown and someone else bank account, since I had not yet received the claim amount in my respective bank account number ending with "7242' which is linked with EPFO.
It is understood that the claim settlement amount has been transferred to unknown and some other person's bank account ending with 6724. I request you to please look into this matter and help me by transferring my EPF Claim amount at the earliest in my respective Kotak Bank A/c ending with "7242' which is linked with EPFO
