Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — epf claim no. dsnhp[protected] is transferred in wrong account number by epfo staff

I am satish kasana, i applied online epf claim on 29 january 2018.
My uan :[protected].
Member id : dsnhp[protected]
Claim id : dsnhp[protected]

As all the information regarding registered aadhar no., pan card, mobile number and bank account number is seeded with epf.
Today i. E. 2nd february, 2018, vm-epfoho sent a message to my registered no. [protected] that "your online claim dsnhp[protected] has been settled for rs. 90000/- and sent to your bank a/c ending with
1775 on 01-02-18. But i had not received the claim amount in my bank account number is [protected], i. E. Ending with"7750'.
It is seen that it may be wrongly transferred to some other person's account ending with 1775. So, i request you to kindly look into the matter. And transfer my claim epf amount in my yes bank account no. [protected] as early as possible.

Subject - Employees' Provident Fund Organisation transferred claim (PYBOM[protected] in someone else bank account

Matter

I am Dilip, I applied online EPF claim on 24th January 2018.

CLAIM ID: PYBOM[protected]

Tracking ID:[protected]

All the required information is already fulfilled and seeded with the EPFO and updated on the Portal.

On 2nd February, 2018, VK-EPFOHO sent a message on my registered number (Your Online claim PYBOM[protected], has been settled for ₹ xxxxx/- and sent to your bank A/c ending with
6724 on[protected]

Now here the bank A/c ending with 6724 is unknown and someone else bank account, since I had not yet received the claim amount in my respective bank account number ending with "7242' which is linked with EPFO.

It is understood that the claim settlement amount has been transferred to unknown and some other person's bank account ending with 6724. I request you to please look into this matter and help me by transferring my EPF Claim amount at the earliest in my respective Kotak Bank A/c ending with "7242' which is linked with EPFO

Please do the needful and I will be grateful to you
