Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — family pension 1995

My ppo no. Gj/ahd/33648 and provident fund was with icim ltd 33279/26 pune.
I have been getting rs 484 per month since 2005 and recently in last nov 2018 it has changed to rs 575 per month regularly. Surprisingly there was no communication in this regard.
As i am totally unaware of the scheme and its calculations i approached pf ahmedabad office but returned with no response as i was told everything has been calculated properly. I wanted to know how they arrived at this small figure
This is just negligible amount after working for nearly 25 years in an organisation hence request you to explain proper calculations and as i think minimum rs 1000 was declared as such pension.
Also would like to know other rules + nomination procedures and claim procedures in the event of death etc.
