Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — not received the transferred pf

I am Uttam Ghorai and my UAN no is[protected]. I have not received my transferred pf at tatasteel from epfo park street office. However they said it has already been transferred on 22.2.2017 vide letter no WB/PRB/101/REJECTION dated 26/05/2017. Previously my applicayions cancelled by this office 3 times.
