Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — my claim is settled but till not credit my account

Dear sir/madam,

My uan:[protected]

I have applied for my pf settlement claim through physical documents.
My bank account details are available in uan portal and it is verified.

When i checked for my pf claim status in uan portal, it says "claim settled".

The following message is displayed in the epfo claim status portal.

Claim form-10c (Withdrawal benefit / scheme certificate) your claim [ claim id - dsnhp[protected] ] has been settled. Payment sent via neft on - 28-jul-2017

Claim form-119 (Resign) (Your claim [ claim id - dsnhp[protected] ] has been settled. Payment sent via neft on - 01-aug-2017.

It says the claim is settled but till today the amount is not credited to my account.
It looks like either the neft transaction is not yet initiated or it may have failed.

Kindly help me to know the exact status and when it will be credited to my account and share me the bank account details.
