Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — My PF form is been submitted but no status on it.

I work for a private firm called Celkon mobiles in hyderabad my pf number is AP/HYD/0073497/000/0000982. I resigned from this organization in november 2015 till now they have not processed my pf. When i call they are saying form is been signed and sent to the pf office in barkathpura pf office in hyderabad. They are saying this since 6months. If its true what pf officers are doing with my form from 6months? why am not receiving money and no update if my form is being processing. No status seeing online also.

From last 1 month we have observed that UAN portal for Providant Fund (PF) is not working.

Portal address : https://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/

So we are not able to see the PF amount availabe in our account.
