Respected sir/madam, We are employees of lila hospital pvt. Ltd. Which postal address is 13/3/a, a. C road, p. O - khagra, p. S - berhampore, dist - murshidabad, west bengal, pin-742103. Our organisation has about 400 employees but between of 400, about 100 employees are facilitated by pf & esi and we are some of them. Our company does not pay our pf contribution from last 12 months but company has already deducted our pf contribution part from our salary. Someone local pf agent whose name in biltu has handled all this matter and he negotiate all the matter between company and local pf officials.
