I have been trying to get my PF balance transferred to my new PF account since 9 months but it is still pending due to lack of proper communication from PF authorities Chennai. All my claims requests were rejected citing additional documents which I shared to PF Chennai mail id as guided by Mr. Sumit Kumar Grover in the grievance request-RCHEN/E/2022/09802 as follows- Member is advised to forward a copy of the same to csd.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in quoting this grievance number. Also, my last claim was rejected by Mr. Sumit Kumar Grover asking Annexure K (it was not asked in previous claim or in grievance comments), for which I raised new grievance again. However, my new grievance is also closed by him without giving any option for my comments or additional clarifications and I didn’t receive my Annexure K. When I shared all the documents to mail ids as guided by Mr. Sumit Kumar Grover, I don’t know why again he commented in my new grievance-RCHEN/E/2022/15103, that PF office did not receive my documents.
I am pasting here the comment made by Mr. Sumit Kumar Grover in new grievance-
Dear member, claims rejected and sent to establishment due to member previous EPS service details not received from your previous pf office till date. Hence transfer the same to this office, if transferred then contact previous pf office and obtain a copy of ann-k and forward the same to this office for update the same in your pf account and then apply for F/13 for transfer of pf amount to new pf account. Thank you.
He says to contact PF office, but their numbers are either not in operational or if in operation also, they won’t lift the call. Also, they don’t reply to mails and to respond to a grievance or a claim, they will take days to months. I don’t understand which PF office is to be contacted for this. To raise a new grievance again, it is asking me to wait for 7 days . I don’t understand clearly what is the requirement about or whom to contact. I don’t know why PF office is taking 9 months to transfer my accumulated pf balance to my new pf account.
Appreciate if this is resolved ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
