I have been facing issues with Chennai Royapettah PF office as their requirement is not clear and they do not respond to any mail or call but they simply reject my PF transfer request whenever I raise one.

After requesting couple of times to expediate the process/responding to any mail or call, I am still here awaiting their response.

I am not sure why PF office is taking more than 1 year to move my balance from one account to another when all details are same.

Do the needful.

      Regarding grievance number - SROWF/E/2022/28317, case was closed last week stating Annexure K will be provided emailed shortly, however I did not receive any till date.

      The grievance request was raised almost a month ago, but I did not get annexure k till now. I sent a mail to the K.R. Puram office looping all the higher authorities requesting them to provide the document but did not get any response from them.

      Request EPFO authorities of K.R. Puram - Bangalore office to do the needful
      asap.

        Me and my colleague joined the MNC in July 2018. After a year i left the company. When the HR asked my PF account number, i provided the same number which was there in my same company. When i left the company, that company HR checked they got to know that my pf account was mixed up with my colleague. I got new of account opened but they have not yet fixed the previous account mixed up. The money has not been transferred. It is pending from years contacted them as well as pf office many times, got reply that pf office is closed due to covid and they have been transferring this case to multiple people but still no proper response.And i am still waiting for updated money.

            Please create an online edit option for father's name change in EPFO UAN Portal for all EPFO Members so that all UAN Members are saved from offline and hectic process of father's name change in EPFO UAN.

              Hi Team,

              I am not able to transfer my Conduent PF to HCL Techonologies. it keep getting rejected, No one has informed me about the reason. EPFO department listen to your question and disconnect the call. What is the use of keeping the number when they just disconnect the call. It hieghly disrespectfull. a person with so much hope calls them to get the answer and they just dont revert. I have written so many emails still no revert. UAN[protected]

              Also, when i update the bank account, it says miss match of name, My Name is same as mentioned in UAN, PF, UAN and on my bank accounts. Can you please share the details where there is mistach of name. Atleast they should share the details so that a person should know . Request you to share the details as soon as possible. I need to transfer the funds and get this KYC part clear as soon as possible.

                My husband passed away due to COVID 19 on 23.04.21 during recent pandemic break out and received EDLI as under

                Against Form 5IF (EDLI) - 39996 x 3 Equal Rs. 119988/- (Rs. 39996/ Nutan Dagadkhair + Rs. 39996/ Shraddha Dagadkhair + Rs .39996/ Shravan Dagadkhair)

                In this regard as I understand that the EDLI amount received against Form 5IF is less considering his service tenure. Details of my husband’s services are as under.

                Name - Mr. Sainath Dagadkhair
                UAN No.[protected]
                EPF No. During service at OCS Panipat was HRKNL[protected]
                EPF No. During service at DETOX Corporation Ltd. Was SRT [protected]

                1. He served OCS Panipat for a period of 10 years and 8 months i.e. from 01.09.2010 to 18.05.2020
                2. He served DETOX Corporation Ltd. For a period of 11 months and 6 Days I.e. from 19.05.2020 to 23.04.2021

                I visited PF office Surat and they also confirmed that EDLI amount was less, as per their advise I submitted supplementary form “5iF” hard copy at Surat EPF office on 24.03.2022 wide receipt no. F(SCIF)-3 as advised but It was rejected 0n 02.06.2022 Claim ID No. SRSRT[protected] with remark “TECHNICAL ERROR”

                Again visited Surat office on 06.07.22 for follow up, it was informed that it has been sent to Delhi office but till date no response received from PF office Delhi.

                Request to resolve the matter at the earliest. As my financial condition is not good and I have to pay admission fee for my kids to pursue their studies. Please help in this regard as early as possible.

                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                  I have changed my name legally and struggling in updating my new name with PF team, as they not helpful at all.
                  Always rejecting requests submitted by me after being accepted by my employer. If Name change supporting documents are also submitted to PF Office (Singasandra, Bommasandra, Bangalore & KR Puram, Bangalore) by my Employer, still they are rejecting.

                  I have submitted grievances around 8-9 as per my employer request along with needed documents (Gazette Notification, Affidavit and Joint Declaration Form), but nothing worked out, still my name is not changed from last 24 months, instead my bank details are removed so I cannot withdraw my PF money. Tried adding bank account details (which is already updated with new name), getting error as name mismatch.

                  With same Gazette Notification, Affidavit and Local news paper, I have updated my Name in my : PAN card database, Employer database, Bank database, Voter database, IT Database & Aadhar Database but for EPFO team, it is not sufficient.

                  Moreover, PF office phone number will work but no one will answer (mentioned in webpage), call center numbers are always busy through-out, email address mentioned in grievance and webpage are for name sake, never will get any response or expect. So no help from anywhere.

                  After all see this, Name change is India is Crime or People are expecting something else to complete this process. Else remaining departments didn't any issue with changing my name apart from PF team.

                  Finally, I fed-up and reaching to for help. Please look into this issue and help me.

                    My name is Saurabh Vispute (Pune, [protected]) & I am Registered member of EPF scheme since 2013. in the month of Jan 2019 I changed my Company hence applied in the month of May 2019 for the balance transfer from the old PF account to New PF account, both under the same UAN.Amount of INR 76, 249 supposed to be transferred from PF ac MHBAN[protected] under the Claim ID MHBAN[protected] to PF AC PUPUN[protected] on 12 May 2019, but same are still not reflecting in the passbook.
                    Now Till Today I have Raised 19 Grievances on the EPFO portal but no resolution Received. Now the issue is pending with Bandra IV office for Acknowledging the Rejection Claim and amount Re-transfer, but the can't do it as employees are not so qualified to do that (?) or some unknown issue! So far from 3 years Error persists, 19 grievances launched, chasing the PF office from 2 years, but not able to received PF amount to my account.
                    All this is a mistake of EPFO employees for which I have taken more efforts that them for the resolution, paid cost of travels and earn the frustration only.

                      When there is fund of 8615 Rs. Why it is stated that fund NOT there for Rs. 7000 sickness reason claim? REJECTED thereof.

                      Who has emptied the EPF account then? Where is the 8615 Rs? Is epf authority secretly using public fund? Heard about such scams.

                      Need investigation who is syphoning money from EPF fund that most of the claims are rejected stating no fund.

                        Hi,
                        I have submitted PF Transfer online request several times followed by grievances but still I am awaiting transfer.
                        I have already provided/verified all the documents -like Annexure K etc.

                        recent grievances mentioned - Grievance registered vide Registration Number BANIV/E/2022/21733.
                        Following final decision has been arrived at: It is to inform you that, apply for transfer claim again to get processed

                        then I applied transfer again - same result Rejected
                        Your Claim [ Claim Id - MHBAN[protected] ] has been rejected due to : 1) PENSION SERVICE IS NOT RECEIVED FROM PREVIOUS ESTT PLS PROVIDE IT THROUGH ANNEXURE-K 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS

                          There was a PF transfer request (TNMAS[protected] made to move PF accumulations to my new employer but it was rejected by PF Chennai Office citing previous employer(Standard Chartered Global Business Services Private Limited) didn’t submit Form 11. Upon my ask, previous employer sent a courier with relevant documents to PF Chennai office. However, since no action was taken by the PF Chennai office even after 15 days, I had to raise a grievance form (RCHEN/E/2022/09802) for which they took almost 30 days to respond.(Dealt by Mr. Manish Anand and Mr. Sumit Kumar Grover). They provided comments in the grievance form asking me to raise new transfer request but didn’t mention anything about Annexure K. After raising new transfer request for second time, (TNMAS[protected], PF Chennai office again rejected my transfer request stating to submit Annexure K.

                          I reached out to my previous employer on the guidance and was asked to download Annexure K and to raise a grievance again with EPFO. If PF Chennai Office provided clear requirement of the documents, this request could have been closed quickly but that’s not the case here. Due to lack of proper communication from PF authorities and previous employer, this request has been going no where since 9 months. Request RPFO Chennai and my previous employer to not waste everyone’s time by misguiding and to close this quickly.

                            Hi team,

                            This is regarding the PF transfer request i had raised 3 years back via Accenture(current company).

                            As per the response from EPFO team, the PF amount is with RPFC for transfer and neither PF nor pensionable services are transferred to my current PF account.

                            I have raised multiple grievance corresponding to the PF transfer request raised on EPFO portal for PF and pensionable service transfer from previous organization to current organization i.e. from TCS to Accenture. The latest Grievance request number BANIV/E/2022/14669 raised on 18/04/2022, but no action has been taken yet.

                            The tracking ID for PF and pension transfer request is[protected] and is pending with RPFC since year 2019.

                            I have raised multiple Grievances via EPFO Grievance portal and its been more than 3 years that I am chasing the PF and Pensionable service transfer request, but no action has been taken on the same. Every time, I get the same response that the PF amount has been received by the office and it will be transferred shortly, but neither PF amount nor pensionable services has been transferred.

                            I humbly request you to look into this request on urgent basis and help to transfer the PF amount and pensionable services from my previous UAN to new UAN.

                            It's been so many reminders and mails sent to EPFO for PF transfer request, still no action has been taken. I have sent mails to RO Bandra team as well, but no response.
                            Im also facing similar issue whether it was resolved or not? I have raised concerned PF office, but still no acknowledgment.

                              my Brother mr.ramesh Hirabhai patel working from 2014 to till at naroda primefresh limited he is not educated more so less understanding in EPFO, from many days he suffering for his PF account Aadhar update and due to many issues was in epfo account he visited on 14-jun-2022 for adhar link with UAN but still on his UAN adhar card not linked now company saying that you will not get pf benifits and sallary also you will not get in account. this is not right way to EPFO has resolve all the issues on urgent basis and if any support required from HR side need to resolve issue i personally twiced discussed with my brother working place but they every times saying they are trying to solve but no one doing support properly and saying that visit EPFO office wich is almost 100km away from his home and he is not aware much about Ahmedabad city so can't go without me.

                                  I Karan Kumar (UAN[protected] & Babeet Bedi[protected] submitted all the required details (physically by registered post) in order to settle our full and final withdrawal for the listed UAN numbers. We have been following on this subject since 2018. The claim was received on 5th July and was rejected on 12th July
                                  We are unable to log in the UAN passbook & see our balances for some reason. we submitted any and all proofs that we had with us.
                                  To summarize the issue “I joined Patni computer systems named company in Noida, which brought another company CHCS and we were transferred in that company. My wife directly joined CHCS a Patni company during that time IGATE Solutions brought Patni computer systems and our company became CHCS IGATE COMPANY this company dissolved by end of August 2013. We were then transferred to IGATE.”
                                  I am also attached the previous email chains. It seems that PF office has scammed our money and are not ready to give it back to us

                                    EPFO Website not functioning properly

                                    EPFO site is always having some issues. How come an government of India's PF website will be like college student project. Always facing bugs. I added my bank account its not approved when I contacted customer support they don't know answer or sollution one simply ask to wait 7- 20 working days another person saying contact your bank. It's very hard to make KYC approvals I've been highly frustrated with this....
