My pf account no is: py/krp/0053413/[protected]

I have submitted my pf withdrawal form on dt[protected]. But i have yet not recive my amount. Please do needful. My pf claim i'd is:pykrp[protected]

I have tried to call on pf office p. R. O no :[protected]. So many times but no body is picking the phone.
There is no any resposed by those people.
Submitted pf office address as follow:
K. R puram
(Whitefield)
No. 36, nh-4, “lakshmi complex”,
(Opposite syndicate bank), old madras road, k. R. Puram,
Bangalore – 560 036.

Updated by sathya a When iam calling at that office they are never responding over the phone . i am trying but they are not picking up the calls. I had received 4 No's SMS from (BP-EPFO) PF Office about my Claim Form 19 or 10 c "Form Received on 13.05.17 is under prosses." All SMS received on dt. 13.05.17.
My Claim ID's PYKRP[protected]

Dt. 13.06.17 i have received again 3 SMS from (BP-EPFO) PF Office about my Claim ID's PYKRP[protected] "Approved for Payment through Cheque Payment Under Process. But i have not received any payment in my A/c. till 16.06.17. Pls confirm Payment received through cheque by currier or direct in my A/c.

Claim ID PYKRP[protected] is missing in SMS what about this claim id for approved payment Why ???

Kindly Confiem me my PF Status . My PF No. is PYKRP[protected]
