Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf amount not yet received

I have applied for the pf amount and pension as well on 18th July. But I didn't get my money yet.
Befare the claim status was under process but now it's not available. I have called many times on the helpline number but the line stayed busy all the time. My member I'd is GNGGN[protected]. How will I get my pf amount and pension amount. Please follow this up and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
