Hi Sir/ madam,

I am Shear Nazish, I am regularly checking my PF withdrawal status and rigorously following up from my employer from quite a long time back. It looks like my PF form has been rejected due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispached to my address . I have not recived it yet and i am not able to send them other form as i don't the actual reason why PF office reject my form .

Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was, because of that they rejected my form and what next can be done.

My PF number is : TNMAS[protected]

Below is the message displaying on PF site office site without for rejection of PF withdrawal form but after a month of wait after this I have yet not received any letter.

Several times I have dropped a grievance mail also but no action was taken.
Registration number for the same grievance is RCHEN/E/2017/02057
