Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf get deducted but not deposited in pf a/c by employer

My name is shraddha, holding pf a/c no kdmal/211730/163. Name of the company is essdee alluminium ltd akurli road, kandiwali east.. Rs.977 used to deduct from my salary but heard that it did not get deposit in pf ac (Salary slip is attached for your reference).. Comapny has not provided us with the uan number also... Again the mobile number which was registered at the time of joining was the official no & the same is deactivated by the company at the time of leaving. There is no hr working in that company now.. I am unable to find any way to know what is the status of my pf account..

Please help me in this as i am in urgent need of money
