Dear sir/mam

This complaint is regarding the claim of provident fund related to pf account dlcpm[protected] as we made a claim dated 12/10/17 and did not received any intimation regarding the receiving of payment and now when i asked the company pf office vikas bhatnagar & co. (Contact no[protected] regarding claim status, they said that the claim had been settled on 23/12/2017 but we did not received any intimation regarding payment. They shared that the payment was transferred through neft mode but we did not received any payment in our bank account registered with this pf account. Please help us in getting our savings back as we are in urgent need of it. Attached is the screenshot of claim status.
